قالت جولي كوزاك، مديرة إدارة الاتصالات بصندوق النقد الدولي إنه في الرابع والعشرين من ديسمبر توصل موظفو صندوق النقد الدولي والحكومة المصرية إلى اتفاق على مستوى الموظفين بشأن المراجعة الرابعة لبرنامج تسهيل الصندوق الممدد.
وأضافت كوزاك خلال مؤتمر صحفي اليوم أنه تخضع هذه المراجعة لموافقة مجلسنا التنفيذي، وبموجب هذه الموافقة، سوف تتمكن مصر من الحصول على نحو 1.2 مليار دولار أمريكي.
وتابعت أنه تجري الاستعدادات لنظر المجلس التنفيذي في هذا الأمر، ومن المتوقع أن يعقد اجتماع المجلس التنفيذي في الأسابيع المقبلة.
وأكدت المتحدثة باسم صندوق النقد الدولي أن 1.3 مليار دولار قيمة تمويل برنامج “الصلابة والاستدامة” الذي ستحصل عليه مصر، والمقرر أن يناقشه المجلس التنفيذي لصندوق النقد في 10 مارس الحالي مشيرة إلى أن التمويل لن يتم منحه دفعة واحدة وإنما سيكون على شرائح تتحدد قيمتها وتوقيتاتها لاحقا.
وأشارت إلى أنه في ضوء الظروف الخارجية الصعبة والبيئة المحلية الصعبة، اتفق موظفو صندوق النقد الدولي والحكومة المصرية على إعادة معايرة مسار ضبط الأوضاع المالية، وقد تم الاتفاق على ذلك في ديسمبر، كما أود أن أسلط الضوء، من أجل خلق حيز مالي للبرامج الاجتماعية الحاسمة التي تفيد الفئات الضعيفة والطبقة المتوسطة مع ضمان استدامة الدين.

أنه في المستقبل، تشمل أولويات الإصلاح خفض التضخم، والحفاظ على مرونة سعر الصرف، وتحرير الوصول إلى النقد الأجنبي.
وتابعت: بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز الإيرادات المحلية ويهدف إلى تحسين بيئة الأعمال ويهدف إلى تسريع سحب الاستثمارات أو سحبها، وتسوية المنافسة بين الشركات المملوكة للدولة والقطاع الخاص. وبطبيعة الحال، يهدف البرنامج أيضاً إلى تعزيز الحوكمة والشفافية.
وأشارت إلى أنه فيما يتعلق بالسؤال حول صندوق الدعم السريع، فسوف ينظر المجلس التنفيذي للصندوق في حزمة من الإصلاحات إلى جانب المراجعة الرابعة لبرنامج مصر.
وتابعت أنه لا توجد في الوقت الراهن أي صلة بين بعض الإعلانات في غزة والبرنامج في مصر.
