شهدت المستشارة أمل عمار، رئيسة المجلس القومي للمرأة، صباح اليوم السبت، فعاليات الجلسة الافتتاحية لاجتماع القاهرة التاسع رفيع المستوى لرؤساء المحاكم الدستورية والمحاكم العليا والمجالس الدستورية الأفريقية، والذي يُعقد تحت رعاية فخامة السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، رئيس الجمهورية.
جاء ذلك بحضور المستشار بولس فهمي، رئيس المحكمة الدستورية العليا، والمستشار هشام بدوي، رئيس مجلس النواب، والمستشار عدنان فنجري، وزير العدل، إلى جانب عدد من الوزراء ورؤساء الجهات والهيئات القضائية.
ويُعد اجتماع القاهرة رفيع المستوى، الذي تنظمه المحكمة الدستورية العليا، منصةً قارية مهمة لمناقشة القضايا الدستورية والقانونية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وتبادل الخبرات والرؤى بين المؤسسات الدستورية الأفريقية، بما يسهم في تعزيز القيم والمبادئ الدستورية، ودعم سيادة القانون، وترسيخ دعائم العدالة الدستورية على مستوى القارة.
