رغم سوء الاحوال الجوية الذي شهدته القاهرة اول امس ، الا ان قاعة الندوات بالبيت الروسي بالقاهرة شهدت اقبالأ كبيرأ من المصريين والاشقاء العرب في احتفالية دافئة بمناسبة مرور 66 عاما علي وضع حجر الاساس لبناء السد العالي و55 عاما علي بداية تشغيل السد ، تميزت الاحتفالية بحضورعدد كبير من المهندسين والفنيين المصريين الذين شاركوا في ملحمة بناء السد العالي .
جاءت الاحتفالية بتنظيم من البيت الروسي بالقاهرة ، وجمعية بناة السد العالي ، وجمعية الصداقة المصرية الروسية ، بحضور د . فاديم زايتشيكوف مدير المراكز الثقافية الروسية في مصر ، والسفير عزت سعد سفير مصر السابق في موسكو ونائب رئيس جمعية الصداقة المصرية الروسية ، والمهندس رشدي عطية نائب رئيس جمعية بناة السد العالي ، والكاتب الصحفي والمؤرخ محمد الشافعي .
ادار اللقاء شريف جاد الامين العام لجمعية الصداقة المصرية الروسية ، حيث رحب فاديم زايتشيكوف بالحضور مهنئا بناة السد بهذه المناسبة و مؤكدا ان الدولة السوفيتية كانت الصديق المخلص لمصر وحرصت علي تقديم كل الجهد والوقوف امام التحديات لأتمام مشروع بناء السد العالي .
واشار زايتشيكوف انه من دواعي سرورنا ان نلمس التغيرات الايجابية التي قدمها السد العالي في كافة مجالات الحياة وخاصة في مجال الزراعة ، حيث زادت الرقعة الزراعية كما انعكس ذلك ايضأ علي تطور الصناعة ، واكد مدير المراكز الثقافية الروسية في مصر ان العلاقات بين البلدين تسير في الطريق الصحيح ويواصلا التعاون كما نري اليوم في مشروع الضبعة .
واكد المهندس رشدي عطية ان التلاحم المصري الروسي عشناه بشكل عملي اثناء بناء السد ، حيث كان من الاهمية ان نحقق الهدف ونستكمل المشروع رغم كل الظروف الصعبة التي احاطتنا في صحراء شديدة الحرارة وواصلنا العمل ونجحنا وسنظل نفخر بهذا الانجاز التاريخي .
وتحدث السفير عزت سعد عن حلم الدولة المصرية الذي تحقق بأرادة المصريين وبدعم الاصدقاء السوفيت ، مشيرا الي ان التعاون المصري الروسي يعد نموذجأ للشعوب الاخري .
وتناول الكاتب محمد الشافعي فكرة بناء السد التي كانت حلمأ مصريأ منذ عدة عقود لم تهتم بها الحكومات المتعاقبة حتي جاءت ثورة يوليو وبعد اسبوعين منها جلس جمال عبد الناصر مع المهندسين لمناقشة امكانية التنفيذ ، وعندما قررت الدولة المصرية بناء السد العالي كانت تتخذ القرارات في وقت قياسي مما يعكس الاصرار المصري علي الوصول للأنجاز ، واشار الشافعي ان ببناء السد العالي امتلكت مصر مدرسة في بناء السدود بها العديد من الخبراء استطاعوا بناء السدود في عدة دول وحاليأ يفعلون ذلك في تنزانيا .
وتناول شريف جاد دور تجربة بناء السد العالي في نصر اكتوبر عندما بادر اللواء باقي ذكي لأستخدام خراطيم المياة في تدمير خط بارليف وهي نفس الفكرة التي كانت تستخدم اثناء بناء السد العالي في التعامل مع الرمال الكثيفة .
وفي ختام الندوة فتح حوارا للنقاش شارك فيه المهندس سمير شكري احد ابطال السد العالي و الدكتور جمال حسن وكيل اول وزارة التعليم العالي السابق وعدد من الشباب حول اهمية السد العالي في حياة مصر والمصريين وخاصة في ظل التهديدات الاثيوبية ببناء سد النهضة ، وتم عرض فيلم تسجيلي عن لحظة وضع الرئيس جمال عبد الناصر لحجر الاساس لبناء السد العالي ، كما اقيم معرضا للصور الفوتوغرافية الارشيفية عن مراحل بناء السد العالي .
قام بتغطية الحدث قناة روسيا اليوم التي جاءت خصيصاً من موسكو لعمل لقاءات مع المهندسين المصريين من بناة السد.
