استضافت وزارة الخارجية الاجتماع الخامس للآلية التشاورية لتعزيز تنسيق جهود السلام في السودان، اليوم ١٤ يناير ٢٠٢٦ في القاهرة، تحت رئاسة د. بدر عبد العاطي، وزير الخارجية والهجرة وشئون المصريين بالخارج، وبمشاركة واسعة من وفود الدول والمنظمات الإقليمية والدولية، وعلي رأسهم السيد رمطان لعمامرة، المبعوث الشخصي للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة للسودان، ومعالي السيد عبد القادر حسين عمر، وزير خارجية جمهورية جيبوتي، والسيد مسعد بولس، كبير مستشاري الرئيس الأمريكي للشئون العربية والأفريقية، والشيخ شخبوط بن نهيان آل نهيان، وزير الدولة في وزارة الخارجية الإماراتية، والمهندس وليد الخريجي، نائب وزير الخارجية السعودي، إلى جانب ممثلين عن ألمانيا، وتركيا، والنرويج، ودولة قطر، والمملكة المتحدة، وجمهورية الصين الشعبية، والاتحاد الروسي، والجمهورية الفرنسية، وجمهورية العراق، وجمهورية أنجولا، فضلًا عن مشاركة الاتحاد الأوروبي، وجامعة الدول العربية، والاتحاد الأفريقي، والهيئة الحكومية للتنمية «إيجاد»، وذلك في إطار تكثيف الجهود الدولية والإقليمية للتعامل مع التحديات الجسيمة التي يفرضها الظرف الإقليمي الدقيق الذي يمر به السودان الشقيق.
وأكد وزير الخارجية خلال كلمته على أن الأزمة السودانية تستدعي تضافر الجهود الدولية والإقليمية المخلصة للإسراع بوقف نزيف الدماء، ومشددًا على خطورة المرحلة الراهنة وما تحمله من تداعيات جسيمة على السلم والأمن الإقليميين، لا سيما في دول الجوار ومنطقة القرن الأفريقي والبحر الأحمر. وفي هذا السياق، أشار وزير الخارجية إلى بيان رئاسة الجمهورية الصادر في ١٨ ديسمبر الماضي، الذي حدد بوضوح ثوابت الموقف المصري وخطوطه الحمراء، والتي تشمل الحفاظ على وحدة السودان وسلامة أراضيه، ورفض انفصال أي جزء منها، وصون مؤسسات الدولة السودانية.
أوضح الوزير عبد العاطي أن التزام مصر بتحقيق السلام والاستقرار في السودان تجسد في إطلاق مبادرة دول جوار السودان في يوليو ٢٠٢٣، التي أكدت ضرورة وقف إطلاق النار، وإطلاق مشاورات سياسية جامعة، وضمان دخول المساعدات الإنسانية، لافتًا إلى مشاركة مصر الإيجابية في عدد من المسارات، من بينها الآلية الرباعية الدولية والآلية الموسعة للاتحاد الأفريقي. كما شدد على الحرص على استمرار العمل في إطار الرباعية الدولية للتوصل إلى هدنة إنسانية شاملة تفضي إلى وقف مستدام لإطلاق النار، بالتوازي مع تدشين عملية سياسية شاملة بملكية سودانية، مشيراً إلي استضافة القاهرة للقاء القوى السياسية والمدنية السودانية ضمن «حوار القاهرة ١» في يوليو ٢٠٢٤.
كما شدد وزير الخارجية على أن إنهاء القتال الدامي يتطلب هدنة إنسانية عاجلة يعقبها وقف مستدام لإطلاق النار، ثم إطلاق عملية سياسية شاملة تحافظ على مؤسسات الدولة السودانية وتمنع تشكيل كيانات موازية، مجددًا تضامن مصر الكامل مع السودان الشقيق، وداعيًا المجتمع الدولي والجهات المانحة إلى تنفيذ تعهداتها الإنسانية، في ظل تفاقم الأوضاع الإنسانية في السودان الشقيق.
هذا، وقد قامت الوفود المشاركة بإلقاء كلمات تناولت موقفها من تطورات الأوضاع في السودان، وأكدت خلالها على أهمية تكثيف الجهود الإقليمية والدولية لدعم مسار وقف إطلاق النار، وحماية المدنيين، وتيسير وصول المساعدات الإنسانية دون عوائق، فضلاً عن دعم العملية السياسية الشاملة، بما يحفظ وحدة السودان وسلامة أراضيه، ويُلبي تطلعات الشعب السوداني الشقيق في الأمن والاستقرار.
