أقامت زوجة دعوى قضائية ضد زوجها أمام محكمة الأسرة بأكتوبر، طالبت فيها بتمكينها من مسكن الحضانة، مؤكدة تعرضها للطرد القسري من منزل الزوجية برفقة أولادها الخمسة بعد 14 عاما من الزواج.
وأوضحت الزوجة أن مسكن الزوجية عبارة عن فيلا تقدر قيمتها الإجمالية بنحو 4 ملايين و900 ألف جنيه، مشيرة إلى أن الزوج رفض تمكينها من المسكن، رغم أحقيتها القانونية فيه بصفتها حاضنة للصغار.
وأكدت الزوجة أنها تقدمت بدعوى طلاق للضرر، بسبب ما لحق بها من أضرار مادية ومعنوية، عقب زواج زوجها بأخرى دون علمها، وإخفائه الأمر عنها لمدة 7 أشهر، ما تسبب – على حد وصفها – في تحويل حياتها إلى جحيم وتركها معلقة دون حقوق.
وأشارت الزوجة في دعواها إلى أن زوجها امتنع عن الإنفاق عليها وعلى أولادها، رغم يسار حالته المادية، وقدمت للمحكمة مستندات تثبت امتلاكه تجارة كبيرة وقدرة مالية تسمح بالإنفاق دون عائق.
وأضافت أن الزوج قام بطردها من منزلها بالقوة، ووجه لها إهانات جسيمة، وابتزها للتنازل عن حقوقها الشرعية المثبتة بعقد الزواج، في محاولة للضغط عليها للرضوخ لمطالبه
وأكدت الزوجة أن زوجها تعدى عليها بالضرب والتهديد، ما أسفر عن إصابتها بجروح استلزمت علاجا لمدة شهرين، الأمر الذي دفعها لتحرير محضر رسمي ضده برفقة عائلتها، وطلبها الانفصال عنه، إلا أنه رفض وواصل تهديده لها.
واختتمت الزوجة دعواها بالتأكيد على أن زوجها دمر حياتها، وتركها تعيش في معاناة مستمرة بسبب ملاحقته لها، ورفضه تطليقها، وتركها معلقة دون نفقات، مع سلبها حقوقها الشرعية كاملة
