نفذت مصلحة السجون المصرية، حكم الإعدام شنقا بحق المتهم “محمد السيد الشحات” وذلك عقب استنفاد كافة درجات التقاضي، حيث أيدت محكمة النقض الحكم الصادر من محكمة جنايات الزقازيق، ليصبح باتا ونهائيا، وتم تنفيذ الحكم بسجن جمصة، وإيداع الجثمان مستشفى المنصورة الدولى وتسليمه لأسرته لدفنه، لإدانته في جريمة قتل موظف بجامعة الزقازيق بالمعاش وسرقة دراجته البخارية بطريق بحر أبو الأخضر، أمام عزبة بيريلي بدائرة مركز شرطة الزقازيق.
تعود أحداث القضية رقم 49795 لسنة 2021 جنايات مركز الزقازيق عندما تلقى مدير أمن الشرقية، إخطارًا من مدير المباحث الجنائية ،يفيد بورود بلاغ بالعثور على جثة محمد إ م م، 65 سنة، موظف بالمعاش بجامعة الزقازيق مُقيم بقرية الغار التابعة لمركز الزقازيق، جثةً هامدةً إثر إصابته بطعنة نافذة، وذلك بجوار ترعة بحر أبو الأخضر أمام عزبة بيرلي، بدائرة مركز شرطة الزقازيق.
وتوصلت التحريات الأولية، إلى أنه أثناء وجود المجني عليه بجوار ترعة المياه لاصطياد سمك كهواية مفضلة لديه فوجئ بمجهولين يحاولون سرقة دراجته البخارية التي كانت بحوزته، ولما قاومهم قتلوه بطعنة نافذة أودت بحياته وسرقوا دراجته ولاذوا بالفرار.
وتبين أن وراء ارتكاب الواقعة “محمد آل” مقيم بدائرة مركز شرطة الزقازيق، وجرى ضبطه، ومعه متهم أخر سبق محاكمته، و بمواجهته أقر بما أسفرت عنه التحريات وأرشد عن مكان المسروقات والسلاح المُستخدم في الواقعة، وجرى التحفظ عليه تحت تصرف النيابة العامة، التي أخطرت لمباشرة التحقيقات، وتم إحالته للمحاكمة الجنائية
