بطعنات صدرية نافذة مهددة للحياه تدخل عاجل من الفرق الطبية بمستشفي الطواريء بجامعة سوهاج تنقذ حياة طفلين
أكد الدكتور حسان النعماني رئيس جامعة سوهاج، أن مستشفيات الجامعة تواصل أداء دورها الحيوي في التعامل مع الحالات الحرجة والطوارئ بكفاءة عالية، مشيرًا إلى نجاح فريق طبي بقسم جراحة القلب والصدر في إنقاذ حياة طفلين تعرضا لإصابات بالغة نتيجة طعنات نافذة بالصدر، وتم استقبالهما أمس بشكل عاجل داخل مستشفى الطوارئ الجامعي الجديد بعد تحويلهما من مستشفيات أخرى داخل المحافظة.
وأوضح الدكتور مجدي القاضي عميد كلية الطب البشري، ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية أن الطفلين يبلغ احدهما من العمر ١٣ عامًا من مركز جرجا وآخر ١٦ عامًا من مدينه سوهاج ، وقد وصلا في حالة صحية بالغة الخطورة، حيث عانيا من هبوط حاد في الدورة الدموية، ونقص شديد في نسبة الأكسجين، وإصابات صدرية نافذة مهددة للحياة، وهو ما استدعى تدخلاً فوريًا وسريعًا وفق أعلى البروتوكولات الطبية.
ومن جانبه، أشار الدكتور أحمد كمال المدير التنفيذي للمستشفيات الجامعية، إلى أنه فور وصول الحالتين تم التعامل معهما على أعلى مستوى من الجاهزية، حيث جرى استقبالهما داخل قسم الطوارئ، والدخول المباشر إلى الإنعاش، وإجراء تقييم طبي شامل وسريع، أعقبه تدخل جراحي عاجل لكل حالة، مع متابعة دقيقة حتى استعادة العلامات الحيوية واستقرار الحالة الصحية.
وأكد كلا من الدكتور محمد يونس والدكتور محمد حسني مديري مستشفى الطوارئ على أن هذا النجاح يعكس كفاءة المنظومة الطبية المتكاملة، وجاهزيتها الدائمة للتعامل مع أخطر الحالات الطارئة، تنفيذًا لدور المستشفى في خدمة المجتمع والحفاظ على أرواح المواطنين
وذكر الدكتور عصام البدري رئيس قسم جراحة القلب والصدر، أن الإصابات كانت بالغة الدقة والخطورة، إلا أن سرعة التدخل وتكامل العمل بين أقسام الطوارئ والتخدير وجراحة القلب والصدر أسهمت بشكل حاسم في إنقاذ الطفلين، لافتًا إلى أن حالتهما الآن مستقرة ويتلقيان الرعاية الطبية اللازمة داخل المستشفى.
