افتتح السيد جريجوريو لاسو، مدير معهد ثربانتس بالقاهرة، يوم الثلاثاء 30 يونيو معرض “عالم الكرة.. لاعبو الكرة بريشة الكاريكاتير”، وذلك بحضور وفد من سفارة المكسيك ترأسته باولينا ميرينو، المسؤولة عن الشؤون الثقافية والاقتصادية، وبمشاركة فنان الكاريكاتير فوزي مرسي ونخبة من رسامي الكاريكاتير المصريين. يضم المعرض أكثر من ثلاثين عملًا كاريكاتوريًا لفنانين من مصر وإسبانيا وعدد من دول أمريكا اللاتينية، ويستقبل زواره حتى 15 يوليو خلال مواعيد عمل المعهد اليومية من الأحد إلى الخميس، من الساعة 10:30 صباحًا حتى 4:00 مساءً.
وفي كلمته، قدّم السيد جريجوريو لاسو نبذة عن تاريخ فن الكاريكاتير في إسبانيا وظهوره في بدايات القرن التاسع عشر بالتزامن مع الغزو الفرنسي لإسبانيا، وكيف استخدمه الشعب للسخرية من بونابرت وقواته. كما أعرب عن أهمية فن الكاريكاتير ودوره في إبراز المشكلات الاجتماعية والأوضاع السياسية بأسلوب نقدي ساخر ولاذع، مؤكدًا أن رسامي الكاريكاتير يتمتعون عادة بذكاء شديد وقدرة كبيرة على التأمل والتعبير، سواء بالرسم أو بالكلمة. وأبرز كذلك أهمية كرة القدم في مجتمعاتنا الحديثة وكيف أصبحت ظاهرة عالمية تقدّم مادة خصبة لفن مثل الكاريكاتير.
ويستعرض المعرض الحضور شبه الدائم لكرة القدم في الثقافة الشعبية المعاصرة من خلال أعمال تتنوع بين تجسيد أبرز نجوم اللعبة عبر تاريخها، وأخرى تتناول تأثير كرة القدم في المجتمعات بوصفها ظاهرة ثقافية وإنسانية تتجاوز حدود الملاعب. ويأتي تنظيم المعرض بالتزامن مع بطولة كأس العالم 2026، التي تستقطب اهتمام الملايين حول العالم، في تأكيد على قدرة الرياضة على التقريب بين الشعوب وفتح مساحات مشتركة للحوار والتواصل عبر لغة يفهمها الجميع.
وتأتي الفعالية ضمن البرنامج الثقافي لمعهد ثربانتس بالقاهرة، الذي يواصل تقديم أنشطة ومعارض تعكس ثراء الثقافة الإسبانية وثقافات دول أمريكا اللاتينية، وتسهم في مد جسور الحوار الثقافي مع الجمهور المصري من خلال الفنون والآداب ومختلف أشكال الإبداع، انطلاقًا من إيمان المعهد بدور الثقافة باعتبارها مساحة للتلاقي والتفاهم بين الشعوب.
