أعلنت الأجهزة الأمنية العراقية العثور على حطام طائرة مسيرة بطول مترين في منطقة بادية السماوة بمحافظة المثنى، جنوب العراق.
ونقلت وكالة شفق نيوز عن مصدر أمني قوله إن قوة أمنية مشتركة عثرت على حطام طائرة مسيرة في منطقة الزهرة، الواقعة غرب بادية السماوة قرب قضاء السلمان.
وأضاف المصدر أن الجهات المختصة فتحت تحقيقًا لكشف ملابسات الحادث، بما في ذلك نوع حطام طائرة مسيرة، هدف تحليقها في تلك المنطقة الصحراوية، توقيت سقوطها، والجهة التي تتبع لها.
وأكدت السلطات استمرار الجهود لتحديد التفاصيل المتعلقة بالحادث ومصدر الطائرة.
