إلتقى المهندس حسن الخطيب، وزير الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية، أعضاء اتحاد المستثمرين، حيث تم استعراض الرؤى والمقترحات الرامية لتعزيز الاستثمار المحلي، كما تم استعراض أجندة عمل طموحة تهدف إلى حماية الصناعة الوطنية وتوسيع الرقعة الاستثمارية في المناطق الحدودية.
حضر اللقاء المهندس محمد الجوسقي، الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة، والمهندس عصام النجار، رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات، والدكتورة أماني الوصال رئيس قطاع الاتفاقيات والتجارة الخارجية، إلى جانب السيد محرم هلال رئيس مجلس إدارة اتحاد المستثمرين وعدد من اعضاء الاتحاد.
واطلع الوزير على رؤى أعضاء اتحاد المستثمرين ومقترحاتهم الرامية لتعزيز الاستثمار المحلي، حيث تمت مناقشة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه قطاع الأعمال، وبحث سبل تذليل العقبات بما يضمن بيئة استثمارية محفزة.
وقال الوزير ان تنمية إقليم الصعيد تأتي على رأس أولويات الدولة ، مؤضحأ أن الوزارة ملتزمة بتنفيذ أحكام القانون الذي يمنح المشروعات المقامة في المناطق الأكثر احتياجًا للتنمية حافزًا استثماريًا يتمثل في خصم ضريبي يصل إلى 50% من تكلفة الاستثمار من صافي الأرباح الخاضعة للضريبة، وذلك وفقًا للخريطة الاستثمارية المعتمدة.
وأضاف الخطيب أن المستثمر المحلي باعتباره “ابن الوطن” يحظى بذات المعاملة والرعاية التي يحصل عليها المستثمر الأجنبي دون تمييز.
وشدد الوزير على ضرورة توطين الخدمات الاستثمارية في المحافظات (الصعيد وسيناء) لإنهاء معاناة السفر للقاهرة، معلناً عن توجه الدولة نحو التحول الرقمي الكامل بالتعاون مع وزارة الاتصالات.
وكشف الوزير عن إطلاق منصة رقمية تضم 389 ترخيصاً، بالإضافة إلى التعاقد مع استشاريين لتطوير “منصة الكيانات الاقتصادية” التي ستغطي رحلة المستثمر إلكترونياً من التأسيس وحتى سداد الرسوم.
كما أشار الخطيب إلى العمل على إعادة تنظيم الرسوم التى تفرضها الجهات المختلفة على المستثمرين، من خلال رقمنتها ودمجها ضمن منظومة موحدة، للحد من التداخل وتخفيف الأعباء غير الضريبية، مؤكدًا استمرار جهود حماية الصناعة المحلية ومواجهة التهريب لضمان المنافسة العادلة.
وفيما يخص حماية السوق المحلي، أكد الوزير استخدام أدوات التجارة الدولية المتوافقة مع قواعد منظمة التجارة العالمية، كما شدد على مواجهة الدولة بحزم لعمليات التهريب الجمركي، عبر إجراءات رقابية مشددة وفحص دقيق للجودة والمواصفات بالتنسيق مع وزارة المالية والمحافظين.
