في إطار الاستراتيجية الوطنية للطاقة، وخطة العمل، لتحسين جودة التشغيل والارتقاء بمعدلات الأداء، والحد من الفقد الفني، وخفض استهلاك الوقود، وضمان استقرار واستدامة التيار الكهربائي، التقى الدكتور محمود عصمت وزير الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة، بوفد شركة هواوي مصر، برئاسة بنجامين هو الرئيس التنفيذي، وتونى بو، رئيس قسم الطاقة الرقمية، لبحث سبل دعم وتعزيز التعاون والعمل المشترك في إطار خطة التحول الرقمي وتعظيم العوائد من مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة، وطرح الحلول لضمان استمرارية واستدامة التيار الكهربائي في أوقات الذروة وارتفاع الأحمال خلال فصل الصيف.
استعرض الدكتور محمود عصمت خلال اللقاء مجالات الشراكة والعمل والتعاون مع الشركة الصينية، لدعم تطوير وتحديث الشبكة القومية وزيادة قدرتها على استيعاب الطاقات المتجددة، وتناول الاجتماع مناقشة الحلول المقترحة لضمان أمن واستقرار واستدامة التيار الكهربائي، في ضوء الطلب المتزايد وزيادة دمج مصادر الطاقات المتجددة، وتم مناقشة استراتيجيات عملية تعزيز مرونة الشبكة وكفاءتها التشغيلية، وكيفية التعامل مع الارتفاع المتوقع في الطلب على الكهرباء خلال ساعات الذروة المسائية في فصل الصيف، وتناول الاجتماع مناقشة استخدام التكنولوجيا التي تمتلكها شركة هواوي والتقنيات المتقدمة مثل أنظمة التوزيع الذكية IDS)) ودورها في تخفيف تأثير دمج الطاقة الشمسية الموزعة وتخزين الطاقة على شبكة الكهرباء، والحلول الرقمية المبتكرة لدعم التوسع المستدام لموارد الطاقة المتجددة مع الحفاظ على استقرار الشبكة.
قال الدكتور محمود عصمت أن شركة “هواوي” شريك موثوق به، وهناك مجالات عمل مشتركة، من أهمها التحول من شبكة نمطية إلى شبكة ذكية تكون قادرة على استيعاب القدرات التوليدية الكبيرة خاصة من الطاقات المتجددة، ونقل الطاقة بأعلى كفاءة فى ظل الاستراتيجية الوطنية للطاقة والتى تستهدف الوصول بالطاقة المتجددة والنظيفة إلى 45% من مزيج الطاقة عام 2028، الأمر الذى يتطلب التوسع في منظومات تحقيق الاستقرار للشبكة القومية للكهرباء وخاصة أنظمة تخزين الطاقة، مؤكدا الشراكة والتعاون مع الشركة الصينية، للاستفادة من الخبرات والتكنولوجيا في مجال الشبكات، والمدن الذكية، وكفاءة الطاقة، مشيرا إلى العديد من الفرص الاستثمارية المتاحة في قطاع الطاقة المتجددة، وأنظمة تخزين الكهرباء المتصلة والمنفصلة.
أكد الدكتور محمود عصمت أن الاعتماد على التكنولوجيا الحديثة أحد أهم المعايير لتحقيق الجودة والكفاءة في إطار خطة الدولة للتحول الرقمي، موضحا أن التحديث والتطوير عملية مستمرة لتحسين معدلات الأداء والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمشتركين، موضحا أن التحول من الشبكات التقليدية إلى الشبكات الذكية يعد نقلة نوعية في مستقبل نقل وتوزيع الطاقة الكهربائية والتي تعتمد بشكل كبير على استغلال موارد الطاقة المتجددة وتحقيق الاستغلال الأمثل للكهرباء.
