أعلن وزير العمل السيد/ محمد جبران عن صدور القرار الوزاري رقم (346) لسنة 2025 بشأن تحديد الإجازات الدينية المستحقة للإخوة المسيحيين من العاملين الخاضعين لأحكام قانون العمل، بما يرسخ مبادئ المواطنة والمساواة، ويُراعي الخصوصية الدينية، ويحقق الاستقرار داخل بيئة العمل…
نص القرار .
وزير العمل:
بعد الاطلاع على الدستور؛وعلى القانون رقم (14) لسنة 2025 بإصدار قانون العمل؛وعلى قرار مجلس الوزراء الصادر في 1-7-1953، بتحديد أيام العطلات المصرح بالتغيب فيها للموظفين والمستخدمين المسيحيين،وعلى قرار وزير العمل رقم (294) لسنة 2025 بشأن تحديد العطلات والأعياد والمناسبات التي تُعد إجازة بأجر كامل للعمال؛وتحقيقًا لحسن سير العمل والصالح العام؛

(المادة الأولى)
يستحق الأخوة المسيحيون المخاطبون بأحكام قانون العمل المشار إليه، بالإضافة إلى الإجازات المنصوص عليها في المادة الثالثة من قرار وزير العمل رقم (294) لسنة 2025، إجازة في أعيادهم الدينية، وذلك وفقًا لأحكام قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء الصادر في هذا الشأن،
على النحو التالي:
الأخوة الأقباط الأرثوذكس:عيد الميلاد..الغطاس..أحد الزعف.. خميس العهد..عيد القيامة..
الأخوة الأقباط الكاثوليك والبروتستانت:رأس السنة..عيد الميلاد..عيد القيامة
..ويجوز السماح لهم بأن يتأخروا في الصباح الى الساعة العاشرة في أحد الزعف وخميس العهد والغطاس..
المادة الثانية ..
يُنشر هذا القرار في الوقائع المصرية، ويُعمل به من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره.
