تابع المهندس شريف الشربيني وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، اخر المستجدات الخاصة بمشروع “ديارنا” بمدينة برج العرب الجديدة، الذي طرحته الوزارة ضمن أكبر طرح بنحو ٤٠٠ ألف وحدة سكنية تنفيذا لتوجيهات فخامة الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي، رئيس الجمهورية، منتصف أبريل الجاري.
وأوضح المهندس شريف الشربيني أن مشروع “ديارنا” بمدينة برج العرب الجديدة يتضمن وحدات سكنية عالية الجودة، وتتضمن المرحلة الأولى منه 27 عمارة بإجمالي وحدات 702 وحدة كاملة التشطيب، ويُعد “مشروع ديارنا” واحدًا من أكبر مشروعات الإسكان المتوسط في مصر، ليمنح المواطنين فرصة حقيقية للتملك في بيئة حضارية متكاملة تجمع بين التخطيط الذكي، والخدمات المتكاملة، والسعر المناسب .
ومن جانبه، أوضح المهندس سيد همام رئيس جهاز مدينة برج العرب الجديدة، أن مشروع “ديارنا” يتميز بموقعه الاستراتيجي بالقرب من نادى سموحة والجامعة اليابانية، وجميع الخدمات والمرافق الأساسية، وبالقرب من الاحياء السكنية الثاني والثالث وكذا بالقرب من موقع دار مصر ومدينة الأبحاث العلمية وجامعة سنجور والجامعة التكنولوجية والقرية الذكية ( واحات السليكون )، ويتضمن مساحات خضراء مما يوفر بيئة مثالية للمواطنين.
وأضاف رئيس الجهاز أن موقع المشروع يتميز بقربه من أهم المعالم في مدينة برج العرب الجديدة، حيث، يبعد حوالي 15 دقيقة عن مطار برج العرب، ويبعد حوالي 10 دقائق عن شاطي البحر المتوسط، ويبعد حوالي 50 دقيقة عن مدينة العلمين الجديدة، ويبعد حوالي 40 دقيقة عن مدينة الإسكندرية، ويبعد حوالي 20 دقيقة عن ستاد برج العرب، بينما يبعد حوالي 5 دقائق عن نادي سموحة برج العرب، وحوالي 5 دقائق عن منطقة الجامعات ( مدينة الأبحاث العلمية – الجامعة اليابانية – جامعة سنجور – الجامعة التكنولوجية – القرية الذكية واحات السليكون )، ويبعد حوالي 30 دقيقة عن ميناء الإسكندرية، ويقدم تنوعًا يلبّي احتياجات جميع رغبات المواطنين، بدءًا من الشقق الحديثة وصولاً إلى وحدات الروف “Penthouse”.
وأعلنت هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة عن بدء التقديم على شقق مشروع ديارنا للإسكان المتوسط اعتبارًا من 15 أبريل 2025 وحتي 15 مايو 2025 وذلك ضمن المرحلة الأولى من أكبر طرح سكني مخصص لمتوسطي الدخل خلال عام 2025.
