شهدت أروقة جامعة الدول العربية حدثاً تربوياً وتقنياً بارزاً بالإعلان عن إطلاق مبادرة **”صكوك التعليم الرقمي”**، وهي المبادرة التي أسستها الكاتبة والإعلامية رضا الكرداوي مؤسس المبادرة الوطنية للتعليم الرقمي وعضو مركز التحول الرقمي بالتعليم. ويأتي هذا الإطلاق ليمثل حجر زاوية جديداً في دعم المنظومة التعليمية المصرية، حيث تستهدف المبادرة في جوهرها حماية الطلاب غير القادرين من مخاطر التسرب من التعليم، مع منحهم أدوات العصر الحديث ليكونوا فاعلين في مجتمع المعرفة.
وترتكز المبادرة التي انطلقت لأول مرة من منصة العمل العربي المشترك على رؤية إنسانية وتنموية شاملة، إذ تضع على عاتقها مهمة دفع المصروفات المدرسية الحكومية للطلاب المتعثرين مادياً في جميع أنحاء جمهورية مصر العربية. وتؤمن مؤسسة المبادرة، **رضا الكرداوي**، أن ضمان استمرار الطالب في مقعده الدراسي هو الخطوة الأولى والأساسية لبناء مواطن صالح، مؤكدة أن العائق المادي يجب ألا يقف حائلاً أمام حق الطفل في التعلم والنمو.
ولا يتوقف طموح “صكوك التعليم الرقمي” عند سداد الرسوم فحسب، بل يمتد ليشمل تمكيناً تقنياً غير مسبوق؛ حيث تعمل المبادرة على دعم الطلاب بالعناصر الإلكترونية والرقمية اللازمة لتنفيذ مشاريعهم الابتكارية. ويأتي هذا الدعم التقني كمرحلة تكميلية بعد أن يتم تدريب هؤلاء الطلاب على مستويات متقدمة في مجالات البرمجة، والروبوتكس، وأساسيات التعليم الإلكتروني، مما يحولهم من مجرد متلقين للمعلومات إلى منتجين للتكنولوجيا ومبتكرين لمشاريع برمجية قادرة على المنافسة.
وقد أكدت الكردواي خلال حديثها في جامعة الدول العربية أن المبادرة تتبنى نهجاً شاملاً يغطي كافة محافظات الجمهورية، مع التركيز على دمج التكنولوجيا في حياة الطالب اليومية ليس كرفاهية، بل كضرورة تعليمية. وأوضحت أن “الصك التعليمي” يمثل التزاماً تجاه الطالب بتوفير بيئة تعليمية متكاملة تضمن له البقاء في المدرسة من جهة، وتمنحه المهارات التقنية التي يتطلبها سوق العمل العالمي من جهة أخرى.
بهذه الخطوة، تفتح مبادرة “صكوك التعليم الرقمي” باباً جديداً من الأمل لآلاف الأسر المصرية، مؤكدةً أن التكافل الاجتماعي والتحول الرقمي هما المساران الأضمن لتحقيق نهضة تعليمية حقيقية، تحمي الأجيال القادمة من الجهل والتبعية التقنية، وتضعهم على طريق الابتكار والريادة.
