في إطار قيام وزارة النقل ممثلة في الهيئة القومية للأنفاق بتنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من الخط الرابع لمترو الأنفاق (أكتوبر / القاهرة الجديدة ) والتي تربط بين منطقة السادس من أكتوبر ومحطة الفسطاط بمصر القديمة ، ويتم تنفيذها بواسطة شركات مصرية تحت إشراف مكتب إستشاري عالمي طبقًا لأعلى المعايير الفنية والأمن والسلامة .
ونظرًا لمرور مسار المشروع في منطقة الملك الصالح بالقرب من مباني سكنية ( حوائط حاملة ) تتراوح أعمارها بين ٦٠ إلى ٧٠ عامًا، فقد تم تنفيذ أعمال الرصد الشامل لكافة هذه المباني ، للوقوف على حالتها الإنشائية وتصنيفها وفقًا للإجراءات الفنية المعتمدة وخطط العمل الاحترازية بالمشروع قبل البدء في التنفيذ ( تم إرسال نسخة من التقارير الخاصة بحالة المباني لمحافظة القاهرة ) .كما تم تركيب عدد من المستشعرات الأوتوماتيكية عالية الدقة لإجراء قياسات دورية علي مدار الساعة لأي تأثيرات محتملة على تلك المباني الحرجة أثناء تنفيذ هذا المشروع القومي.
وخلال تنفيذ المشروع والذي بلغ نسبة تنفيذه حوالي ٦٠% تلاحظ في تمام الساعة الثانية والنصف مساء يوم الأحد الموافق ٢٠٢٦/٢/١٥ ، تلقى فريق العمل بمحطة الملك الصالح (محطة تحت الإنشاء) إنذارًا مبكرًا من أحد المستشعرات، وبالأخص المثبت على مبنى رقم (٣٠) المجاور للمحطة بمنطقة الملك الصالح يفيد بوجود هبوط بسيط بمقدار 2.5 سم في ركن العمارة القريبة من الماسورة ، وذلك نتيجة كسر مفاجئ في ماسورة مياه رئيسية بمحيط المحطة ،
وعلى الفور إنتقل الفريق مهندس / كامل الوزير وزير النقل لمعاينة الموقف والعمارة المتأثرة لسرعة التعامل مع الموقف وفقًا للإجراءات الفنية وخطط الطوارئ المعتمدة من وزارة النقل ممثلة في الهيئة القومية للأنفاق، وبالتعاون مع استشاري المشروع والشركة المنفذة لتنفيذ الآتي :
1- التنسيق العاجل مع محافظة القاهرة لإيقاف مصدر التسريب والسيطرة على تدفق المياه وتم التنفيذ .
2- تكثيف أعمال الرصد والقياسات ومتابعة القراءات للتأكد من استقرار الحالة الإنشائية للمباني المحيطة.
3- إتخاذ قرار الإخلاء المؤقت لعدد 2 مبنى سكنى يحتويان علي 18 شقة ساكنة كإجراء احترازي ، مع تسكين قاطني هذين المبنيين المشار إليهما في فنادق قريبة من المنطقة، لحين الانتهاء من أعمال المعالجة والتحقق الكامل من السلامة الإنشائية للمبنيين
4- حقن التربة حول المبني المتضرر لتأمينه وجسم المحطة لمنع حدوث أي حركة أو هبوط لمباني أخري في المنطقة
5- اعداد تقرير فني شامل بنتائج الفحوصات والقياسات، على أن يتم السماح بعودة القاطنين فور التأكد التام من سلامة المبنيين
وتؤكد وزارة النقل ممثلة في الهيئة القومية للأنفاق، والشركة المنفذة، التزامها الكامل بأعلى معايير السلامة والجودة، وأن سلامة المواطنين والممتلكات تمثل أولوية قصوى، مع استمرار التنسيق الكامل مع جميع الجهات المعنية وخاصة محافظة القاهرة والشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي لإتخاذ اللازم نحو تنفيذ أي إجراءات تطلب في حينه .
