شارك البنك الأهلي المصري مؤخرًا في مؤتمر برنامج الأغذية العالمي (WFP) بمحافظة أسوان، والذي يهدف إلى التعرف على نتائج الشراكة الاستراتيجية لدعم صغار المزارعين وتحقيق التنمية الريفية المستدامة.
وشهد المؤتمر حضور كل من حسن عبدالله محافظ البنك المركزي المصري، و علاء فاروق وزير الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي، ومحمد الإتربي الرئيس التنفيذي للبنك الأهلي المصري، واللواء دكتور إسماعيل كمال محافظ أسوان، ورود الحلبي ممثل ومدير مكتب برنامج الأغذية العالمي في مصر، وهشام عكاشه الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك مصر.
ويأتي المؤتمر تتويجًا لشراكة استراتيجية بدأت منذ عام 2019، وتكللت ببروتوكول تعاون في ديسمبر 2020 تحت رعاية البنك المركزي المصري، وبمشاركة فاعلة من برنامج الأغذية العالمي كجهة فنية وتنموية رئيسية، وبالتعاون مع وزارة الزراعة والقطاع المصرفي، بهدف دعم صغار المزارعين في عدد من قرى الصعيد، وتحسين سبل المعيشة، وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي.
واستعرض جميع الأطراف خلال المؤتمر أبرز الإنجازات التي حققها البرنامج في مرحلتيه الأولى والثانية، حيث غطى المشروع بالتعاون مع البنك الأهلي المصري نطاقًا جغرافيًا واسعًا في جنوب الصعيد شمل 39 قرية موزعة على محافظات (أسوان، الأقصر، قنا، أسيوط، والمنيا)، وقد نجح في الوصول إلى 40 ألف مستفيد، بلغت نسبة السيدات منهم 47%.
وعلى صعيد التنمية الزراعية، نجح برنامج الأغذية العالمى بالتعاون مع البنك في توحيد حيازات زراعية بمساحة 4,813 فدان، وتطبيق أنظمة الري الذكي في 243 فدان مما ساهم في زيادة إنتاجية القمح بنسبة 22.7% وزيادة إنتاجية الذرة الرفيعة بنسبة 48.8%، كما تم دعم التحول نحو الاستدامة البيئية من خلال إنشاء 18 محطة طاقة شمسية و10 مباني خضراء.
وفي إطار الشمول المالي، قام البنك بتثقيف 29.4 ألف مستفيد ماليًا، و1.3 ألف مستفيد من الخدمات غير المالية، وإصدار أكثر من 3,700 بطاقة مدفوعة مقدمًا، وفتح 855 حساب شمول مالي، كما كثف البنك تواجده في القرى المستهدفة لضمان وصول الخدمات، حيث وفر شبكة إتاحة شملت 18 فرعًا و30 ماكينة صراف آلي، بالإضافة إلى نشر 549 نقطة بيع (POS) وتسيير وحدتين مصرفيتين متنقلتين لخدمة المناطق النائية.
وأشاد حسن عبدالله محافظ البنك المركزي المصري بالمشروع باعتباره نموذجًا ناجحًا للتعاون بين القطاع المصرفي والجهات المحلية والدولية بما يساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال تعزيز الشمول المالي وتمكين جميع فئات المجتمع اقتصاديًا، في كافة القطاعات ومنها القطاع الزراعي موضحًا أن المشروع ساهم في تحسين مستوى معيشة شريحة كبيره من المواطنين، كما ساهم في زيادة الإنتاج مع مراعاة المعايير البيئية، بما يتوافق مع رؤية وتوجه الدولة للنهوض بالاقتصاد وتحقيق الاستدامة.
وفي سياق متصل، أكد علاء فاروق على ضرورة تكامل الجهود بين مؤسسات الدولة والقطاع المصرفي، لافتاً إلى أن دعم صغار المزارعين وتحديث أساليب الري وتوحيد الحيازات تمثل ركائز أساسية لاستراتيجية مصر الزراعية، وأن الزيادة المشهودة في الإنتاجية هي ثمرة تعاون بناء يضمن الأمن الغذائي ويرفع من مستوى معيشة الفلاح.
وفي كلمته، أكد محمد الإتربي أن هذا التعاون يمثل قصة نجاح مستمرة تُرجمت إلى اتفاقية ساهم فيها البنك بنحو 85 مليون جنيه، موضحاً أن الهدف لم يكن الدعم المالي فحسب، بل الاستثمار الحقيقي في بناء قدرات المزارعين وتوحيد الحيازات الزراعية لتعظيم الإنتاجية، كما شدد الإتربي على أن البنك يضع نصب عينيه بناء مستقبل أفضل لأهالي الصعيد من خلال دعم المنظومة الزراعية، مع التركيز على التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة وتحقيق الشمول المالي في القرى الأكثر احتياجًا.
كما أعرب اللواء دكتور إسماعيل كمال عن ترحيبه باختيار المحافظة لاستضافة هذا الحدث، مبدياً فخره بما تحقق من تنمية حقيقية على أرض أسوان وقرى الصعيد، ومشيداً بدور هذه المشروعات في توفير فرص العمل وبناء مجتمعات ريفية قوية ومستقرة قادرة على مواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية والمناخية.
وأعربت رود الحلبي عن اعتزازها بالشراكة مع المؤسسات المصرفية المصرية، واصفة التعاون مع البنك الأهلي المصري وبنك مصر بالنموذج الذي يحتذى به، ومنوهة بنجاحهم سوياً في تحويل التحديات إلى فرص وتمكين آلاف السيدات والمزارعين من أدوات تسهم بشكل فعال في دعم امنهم الغذائي. وأشارت إلى أن برنامج الأغذية العالمي ركز، من خلال هذا المشروع، على رفع كفاءة الإنتاج الزراعي وتحسين استخدام الموارد المائية بدلًا من التوسع الأفقي، عبر تبني ممارسات زراعية مبتكرة تحقق عائدًا أعلى من وحدة الأرض والمياه. وأضافت أن هذه التدخلات أسهمت في تحقيق زيادات ملموسة في إنتاجية القمح بالمناطق المستهدفة.
