بنك التعمير والإسكان يختتم 2025 بمعدلات نمو قوية في الأرباح وتعزيز مستدام لمؤشرات الأداء المالي والتشغيلي
تأكيدًا لمساره المستدام في الأداء وتعزيزًا لمكانته في السوق المصرفي المصري، اختتم بنك التعمير والإسكان عام 2025 بنتائج مالية وتشغيلية قوية تعكس فعالية توجهاته الاستراتيجية للفترة (2025–2030)، وتؤكد قدرته على تحقيق نمو مستدام ومتوازن عبر مختلف قطاعات أعماله.
فقد تمكن البنك من تحقيق معدلات نمو قوية على مستوى نتائج الأعمال خلال السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025، حيث أظهرت القوائم المالية المستقلة نمو صافي الأرباح قبل ضرائب الدخل والمخصصات لتسجل 24.366 مليار جنيه مقابل 16.855 مليار جنيه خلال عام المقارنة، بزيادة قدرها 7.511 مليار جنيه وبنسبة نمو 44.6%.
كما بلغ صافي الأرباح المستقلة بعد ضرائب الدخل 17.206 مليار جنيه مقابل 11.040 مليار جنيه خلال عام المقارنة، بزيادة قدرها 6.166 مليار جنيه وبنسبة نمو بلغت 56% بنهاية العام المالي.
وتعليقاً على نتائج الأعمال، أعرب حسن غانم، الرئيس التنفيذي العضو المنتدب لبنك التعمير والإسكان، عن اعتزازه باستمرارية البنك في تحقيق نتائج قياسية بنهاية العام المالي المنتهي في 31 ديسمبر 2025، مؤكدًا أن هذه النتائج تمثل انعكاسًا واضحًا لنجاح تنفيذ خطته الاستراتيجية، التي أسهمت في إحداث تحول في مسيرة البنك وتحقيق أداء قياسي خلال العام الأول من استراتيجية (2025–2030)، كما تعكس قدرة البنك على اقتناص الفرص المتاحة وتحويلها إلى إنجازات ملموسة، مدعومة بمرونة مؤسسية عالية وكفاءة في إدارة الموارد وتوظيف القدرات التشغيلية والمالية، بما أسهم في تحقيق عوائد متنامية وتعزيز متانة المركز المالي للبنك.
وأكد غانم أن مؤشرات الأداء المحققة بنهاية العام المالي 2025، سواء على مستوى تعظيم الربحية، نمو قاعدة الأعمال، أو الحفاظ على جودة الأصول وإدارة المخاطر بكفاءة، تُجسد نهجاً متوازناً يجمع بين تحقيق أفضل عائد ممكن مع الحفاظ على مستويات منخفضة من المخاطر. مضيفاً أن استراتيجية البنك تمثل خارطة طريق متكاملة لإحداث نقلة نوعية في مسيرته، من خلال رفع كفاءة الأداء وتعزيز جودة الأعمال وتطوير نموذج تشغيلي أكثر مرونة واستدامة. كما أكد غانم أن البنك يواصل العمل على تحقيق رؤيته بأن يصبح في مقدمة الخيارات البنكية في السوق المصرفي المصري، عبر تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار، وتقديم حلول مالية متطورة تلبي تطلعات العملاء المتجددة، وتحسين تجربتهم وبناء علاقات طويلة قائمة على الثقة، بما يضمن خلق قيمة مضافة لكافة الأطراف ذات الصلة.
وأكد غانم أن البنك يواصل التركيز على تحسين كفاءة العمليات التشغيلية وإدارة التكاليف التمويلية بشكلٍ استباقي، إذ تمكن من تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من الفرص المتاحة، مع الحرص على إدارة موارده بفعالية لزيادة معدلات الربحية بشكل مستدام، مما أسفر عن نتائج ملحوظة في تحسين الأداء المالي، إذ ارتفعت صافى إيرادات التشغيل بنسبة 44.8% لتصل إلى مبلغ 29.756 مليار جنيه بنهاية السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025 مقارنةً بنهاية 2024، كما ارتفع صافي الأرباح بعد المخصصات وضرائب الدخل لتسجل 17.206 مليار جنيه بزيادة قدرها مبلغ 6.166 مليار جنيه، وبنسبة نمو تصل إلى 56% مقابل 11.040 مليار جنيه خلال عام المقارنة، وهو ما يعكس كفاءة السياسات التشغيلية وتوجهات الاستراتيجية الجديدة في تحويل التحديات إلى فرص حقيقية للنمو.
وأشار غانم إلى مواصلة حرص البنك على وضع رضا العملاء في صدارة استراتيجيته الجديدة، مع فهم تطلعاتهم وتلبية احتياجاتهم بمرونة وكفاءة، مما أسهم في توسيع قاعدة العملاء وزيادة الحصة السوقية للبنك، من خلال تعزيز ثقتهم وتشجيعهم على الاستثمار في باقة متنوعة من منتجاته وخدماته المصرفية، الأمر الذي انعكس على زيادة ودائع العملاء بنسبة 24% لتصل إلى 179.128 مليار جنيه بنهاية السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025 مقابل 144.959 مليار جنيه بإقفال عام 2024 وبزيادة قدرها 34.169 مليار جنيه، مدفوعاً بزيادة ودائع المؤسسات لتسجل مبلغ 74.877 مليار جنيه بنسبة نمو تصل إلى 16.1% ، إلى جانب جذب مجموعة واسعة من المدخرين الأفراد من مختلف المناطق والفئات العمرية، مما أسهم في زيادة ودائع الأفراد لتسجل 104.249 مليار جنيه بنسبة نمو قدرها 29.5% بنهاية السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025.
مشيراً إلى مواصلة البنك تعزيز مكانته الرائدة في السوق المصرفي المصري، مما أسهم في تحقيق نمو مستدام لأصوله، حيث بلغ إجمالي الأصول مبلغ 229.804 مليار جنيه مقابل 179.456 مليار جنيه، وبزيادة قدرها مبلغ 50.348 مليار جنيه وبنسبة نمو تصل إلى 28.1% بنهاية السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025، وذلك على خلفية نمو محفظة قروض البنك من خلال قطاعيّ التجزئة والشركات، حيث بلغ إجمالي القروض مبلغ 65.717 مليار جنيه بنسبة نمو تصل إلى 17.4% بنهاية السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025، مدفوعاً بنمو محفظة قروض الشركات والمؤسسات لتسجل مبلغ 32.784 مليار جنيه بزيادة قدرها مبلغ 4.424 مليار جنيه وبنسبة نمو 15.6%، مع تسجيل محفظة قروض التجزئة المصرفية مبلغ 32.933 مليار جنيه بزيادة قدرها مبلغ 5.321 مليار جنيه وبنسبة نمو 19.3%، مع تخفيض نسبة القروض غير المنتظمة لتصل إلى 4.99% خلال السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025 مقابل 6.48% بإقفال عام 2024، وهو ما يعكس التزام البنك وحرصه على مواصلة زيادة حجم تمويلاته مع الحفاظ على معايير جودة محفظة التمويلات والحرص على تنوع التمويلات من القطاعات المختلفة لضمان نموه المستدام، مع ارتفاع معدل التغطية ليصل إلى 165.5% بنهاية السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025 مقابل 137.1% بإقفال عام 2024.
وأضاف غانم أن زيادة عائد القروض والإيرادات المشابهة بنسبة 38% والزيادة في تكلفة الودائع والتكاليف المشابهة بنسبة 24%، أسهما في زيادة صافي الدخل من العائد ليسجل مبلغ 27.587 مليار جنيه مقابل 18.922 مليار جنيه بزيادة قدرها مبلغ 8.665 مليار جنيه وبنسبة نمو تصل إلى 45.8%.
وأشار غانم إلى تمكن البنك من تحقيق عوائد مميزة بفضل الاستراتيجيات الفعالة التي يتبناها في مختلف قطاعاته، فقد أثمر نمو صافي الأرباح بنهاية السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025 عن نمو العائد على متوسط حقوق الملكية إلى 55.69% مقابل 55.75% بإقفال 2024، فيما بلغ العائد على متوسط الأصول 8.41% مقابل 7.25% بإقفال 2024، كما سجل معدل كفاية رأس المال نسبة 44.99%، وهو ما يتجاوز الحد الأدنى الذي حدده البنك المركزي، حيث بلغ معدل كفاية رأس المال للشريحة الأولى 43.87%، بينما بلغ 1.12% للشريحة الثانية مما يؤكد على التزام البنك بتعظيم القيمة المقدمة للمساهمين وجميع الأطراف ذات الصلة.
لافتاً إلى نمو صافي ربح القوائم المالية المجمعة للبنك وشركاته التابعة والشقيقة لتسجل مبلغ 18.715 مليار جنيه بعد ضرائب الدخل مقابل مبلغ 12.454 مليار جنيه وبزيادة قدرها مبلغ 6.261 مليار جنيه وبنسبة نمو تصل إلى 50%، مما يؤكد نجاح البنك في تنفيذ خطته الاستراتيجية نحو تطوير مجموعة شركاته وزيادة استثماراته.
وبالإضافة إلى النتائج المالية القوية التي حققها البنك، أعرب غانم عن اعتزازه بسعي الإدارة المتواصل نحو ترسيخ معايير الاستدامة في مختلف أنشطة البنك، مؤكداً أن الاستدامة تمثل إحدى القيم الراسخة التي تقوم عليها الهوية المؤسسية للبنك، كما تُعد ركيزة أساسية في استراتيجيته للفترة (2025–2030)، وأشار غانم إلى حرص البنك على تبني أفضل الممارسات المستدامة المتعارف عليها في القطاع المصرفي، إيمانًا بدورها المحوري في دعم الاستقرار المالي والمصرفي وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
وأضاف غانم أن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025 شهدت نمواً ملحوظاً في جهود البنك نحو التمويل المستدام، حيث خصص البنك مبلغ 10.126 مليار جنيه لتمويل المشروعات المستدامة بزيادة قدرها 21% عن عام المقارنة.
كما بلغت قيمة محفظة التمويل المستدام 6.558 مليار جنيه بزيادة قدرها 27% عن عام المقارنة، وذلك على مستوى تمويل الشركات والقروض المشتركة والمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
وأوضح غانم أن هذه الأرقام تعكس قدرة البنك على تحويل التزامه بمعايير الاستدامة إلى واقعٍ ملموس، من خلال تمويل مشروعات استراتيجية ذات أثر بيئي واجتماعي مستدام. يأتي ذلك في إطار سعيه إلى إرساء نموذج مصرفي متكامل يوازن بين الأداء المالي ومعايير الاستدامة، ويخلق قيمة مستدامة لجميع الأطراف ذات الصلة، وهو ما يُعد هدفاً استراتيجياً فضلًا عن كونه التزام أخلاقي.
أوضح غانم أن الاقتصاد المصري أنهى عام 2025 على مسار أكثر استقرارًا، مدفوعًا بتسارع معدلات النمو وتراجع الضغوط التضخمية، رغم استمرار التحديات الاقتصادية محليًا وعالميًا. حيث سجّل الناتج المحلي الإجمالي نمواً قدره 4.4% خلال العام المالي 2024/2025، مع تحقيق 5% في الربع الرابع، وأشار غانم إلى أن هذا التحسن جاء نتيجة سياسات نقدية منضبطة انتهجها البنك المركزي المصري، والتي أسهمت في تعزيز استقرار سعر الصرف وارتفاع احتياطيات النقد الأجنبي لتبلغ 51.45 مليار دولار بنهاية ديسمبر 2025، وذلك بعد تجاوز حاجز الـ 50 ملياراً في نوفمبر 2025، بما انعكس إيجابًا على متانة القطاع المصرفي المصري، ودعم قدرته على مواصلة دوره الحيوي في تمويل النمو الاقتصادي ودفع جهود التنمية والاستثمار.
