شنت أجهزة وزارة الداخلية حملات مرورية مكبرة شملت كافة ربوع الجمهورية، محققة نتائج غير مسبوقة خلال 24 ساعة فقط. القصة بدأت بانتشار أمني مكثف لرجال المرور، مدعومين بأحدث التقنيات والرادارات، لرصد كل من تسول له نفسه العبث بسلامة المارة أو تجاوز القواعد المنظمة لحركة السير.
وأسفرت هذه المداهمات المرورية الواسعة عن ضبط رقم ضخم بلغ 96 ألفاً و540 مخالفة متنوعة، حيث تصدرت قائمة المخالفات حالات تجاوز السرعة المقررة التي تهدد بوقوع حوادث كارثية، بالإضافة إلى السير بدون تراخيص، والتحدث في الهاتف المحمول أثناء القيادة الذي بات ظاهرة تؤرق أمن الطرق، فضلاً عن التصدي الحاسم لظاهرة المواقف العشوائية ومخالفة شروط التراخيص التي تسبب اختناقات مرورية حادة.
ولم تتوقف جهود الوزارة عند رصد المخالفات الفنية فحسب، بل امتدت لتطهير الطرق من “مخاطر القيادة تحت تأثير المخدر”، حيث تم فحص 1015 سائقاً على الطرق السريعة، وكشفت التحاليل الطبية الفورية عن إيجابية 30 حالة تعاطي مواد مخدرة، ليتم استبعادهم فوراً من خلف عجلة القيادة واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضدهم قبل وقوع ما لا يحمد عقباه.
وفي سياق متصل، ركزت الحملات ثقلها بمديريات الأمن المختلفة ومناطق الأعمال الحيوية بالطريق الدائري الإقليمي، حيث نجحت القوات خلال يوم واحد في ضبط 528 مخالفة مرورية متنوعة، شملت مخالفات تحميل ركاب زيادة عن السعة المقررة، وشروط المتانة والأمن التي تعرض حياة المواطنين للخطر. كما تم فحص 93 سائقاً بهذا الطريق الحيوي، تبين إيجابية 3 حالات منهم لتعاطي السموم، بالإضافة إلى ضبط 14 متهماً هربوا من أحكام قضائية بإجمالي 20 حكماً، والتحفظ على مركبتين لمخالفتهما القوانين.
