نجحت الإدارة العامة لشرطة التموين والتجارة الداخلية بقطاع الأمن الاقتصادي في إحباط أكبر عملية ضخ لأدوية ومكملات غذائية قاتلة بقلب القاهرة، بعدما داهمت مخزنين “تحت السلم” يداران بدون ترخيص بمنطقة مصر القديمة، وضبطت بداخلهما “محرقة” طبية كانت معدة لطرحها في الصيدليات والأسواق.
البداية كانت بمعلومات سرية وردت لرجال شرطة التموين، تفيد بقيام مجموعة من الأشخاص بإدارة مخزنين في دائرة قسم شرطة مصر القديمة، واستخدامهما كوكر لتخزين كميات مهولة من العقاقير الطبية والمكملات الغذائية مجهولة المصدر. وعقب تقنين الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، انطلقت مأموريات أمنية مكبرة استهدفت المواقع المرصودة، ليفاجأ رجال الأمن بترسانة من الأدوية التي تهدد الصحة العامة.
وأسفرت عملية المداهمة عن ضبط قرابة 5 ملايين قرص من الأدوية الطبية والمكملات الغذائية، التي تبين من الفحص الأولي أنها بدون بيانات فنية، ومجهولة المصدر، فضلاً عن كونها مهربة جمركياً وغير خاضعة لرقابة الهيئة العامة للدواء، وكانت الصدمة الأكبر في اكتشاف كميات ضخمة من الأدوية “منتهية الصلاحية” التي تم تخزينها في ظروف تفتقر لأدنى معايير السلامة، تمهيداً لإعادة تدويرها أو طرحها بالأسواق للغش والتدليس على جمهور المستهلكين.
وكشفت التحريات، أن القائمين على إدارة هذه المخازن استهدفوا تحقيق أرباح غير مشروعة تقدر بملايين الجنيهات، غير مبالين بما قد تسببه هذه العقاقير المغشوشة من كوارث صحية للمرضى الذين يلهثون وراء الدواء. تم التحفظ على كافة المضبوطات تحت تصرف النيابة العامة، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال المتهمين، في رسالة حاسمة بأن يد القانون ستطال كل من يتاجر بآلام المصريين وصحتهم.
