اصطحب الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، والسيدة انتصار السيسي قرينة السيد رئيس الجمهورية، اليوم، السيد الرئيس شي جينبينج، رئيس جمهورية الصين الشعبية، وقرينته السيدة بنج لي يوان، في جولة داخل المتحف المصري الكبير، وذلك في إطار الزيارة الرسمية التي يقوم بها الرئيس الصيني إلى مصر.
وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية بأن السيد الرئيس والسيدة قرينته كانا في استقبال الرئيس الصيني وقرينته لدى وصولهما إلى المتحف، حيث بدأت الجولة بعرض تفصيلي حول المتحف المصري الكبير وما يضمه من مقتنيات أثرية فريدة، تخلله شرح إرشادي باللغتين العربية والصينية لأبرز القطع المعروضة. كما شملت الجولة منطقة الدرج العظيم، حيث استمع الرئيسان وقرينتاهما إلى شرح وافٍ عن القطع الأثرية الممتدة على طول الدرج، قبل أن يلتقطوا الصور التذكارية في منطقة بانوراما الأهرامات.
وأوضح السفير محمد الشناوي، المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية، أن الجولة اختتمت بزيارة قاعة كنوز الملك توت عنخ آمون، حيث استمع الرئيسان وقرينتاهما إلى شرح حول أهم مقتنيات القاعة، وفي مقدمتها القناع الذهبي وكرسي العرش، إلى جانب عدد من القطع الأثرية التي تجسد دقة وتطور الفن في الحضارة المصرية القديمة.
وقد أعرب الرئيس شي جينبينج خلال الجولة عن إعجابه الكبير بالحضارة المصرية وما تمثله من إسهام بارز في المسيرة الإنسانية، مشيدًا بالمتحف المصري الكبير باعتباره صرحًا ثقافيًا عالميًا يليق بعظمة الحضارة المصرية.
