فعاليات النسخة الثالثة من المؤتمر العالمي للسكان والصحة والتنمية البشرية (PHDC 2025)، شارك الدكتور أحمد فؤاد هنو وزير الثقافة، اليوم، في الجلسة الافتتاحية الحوارية للمجموعة الوزارية للتنمية البشرية، التي جاءت تحت عنوان “التنمية البشرية: التمكين والفرص والمستقبل”، وذلك بحضور دولة الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ضمن فعاليات النسخة الثالثة من المؤتمر العالمي للسكان والصحة والتنمية البشرية (PHDC 2025)، المنعقد تحت رعاية السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية خلال الفترة من 12 إلى 15 نوفمبر الجاري بالعاصمة الجديدة.
أدار الجلسة الدكتور خالد عبد الغفار نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء للتنمية البشرية ووزير الصحة والسكان، بمشاركة كل من:الدكتورة رانيا المشاط وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية،والدكتور أشرف صبحي وزير الشباب والرياضة،والدكتور محمد أيمن عاشور وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي،والسيد محمد جبران وزير العمل،والدكتورة مايا مرسي وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي،والسيد محمد عبد اللطيف وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني،والعقيد الدكتور مصطفى كمال الحوشي عضو هيئة التدريس بالأكاديمية العسكرية المصرية.
وخلال الجلسة، أكد وزير الثقافة أن الثقافة ليست مجرد مجموعة من الأنشطة أو الفعاليات الفنية، بل هي في جوهرها قوة حقيقية تُغيّر حياة المواطنين وتُسهم في بناء وعيهم وتنمية قدراتهم.
وأوضح أن جوهر العمل الثقافي هو إتاحة رؤية جديدة ونمط مختلف للحياة يمنح الإنسان القدرة على الفهم والتفاعل الإيجابي مع مجتمعه، مشيرًا إلى أن الوزارة بدأت تنفيذ مشروع “مسرح المواجهة والتجوال” الذي وصل إلى أكثر من 170 قرية، بهدف نشر الوعي وتوسيع دوائر المعرفة وتمكين المواطن من إدراك شروط حياته ومقتضياتها.
وأضاف أن المشروع يأتي ضمن خطة شاملة تستهدف استثمار وبناء الإنسان المصري، من خلال برامج ومبادرات متنوعة
وأشار الدكتور هنو إلى أن جهود الوزارة ركزت على دعم المرأة في ثقافتها ومشروعاتها الصغيرة، والطفل في وعيه وقيمه وسلوكه، والأسرة في تنظيم حياتها، والشباب في انتمائه وفنه، مؤكدًا أن الثقافة هي الأداة الأهم لغرس القيم الإيجابية في المجتمع.
وأوضح أن تحقيق الوعي لا يمكن أن يتم من خلال وزارة واحدة، وإنما عبر التكامل بين مختلف الوزارات والهيئات والقطاعات داخل الدولة، مشيرًا إلى أن المسرح، والسينما، والموسيقى، والفنون التشكيلية، وسائر الفنون هي أدوات فاعلة للوصول إلى الوعي الحقيقي عندما تُقدَّم بقيم نبيلة واحترام لعقل المواطن.
كما أشار إلى أن الثقافة تسهم في تعليم الأطفال السلوكيات الإيجابية وتعزيز الانتماء الوطني وتشجيع الإبداع الفني، مستشهدًا بلوحات الأطفال في القرى التي عبّرت عن حبهم للوطن، والتي تعكس قدرة الفن على تشكيل الوعي الجمعي وتغيير المجتمع نحو الأفضل.
واختتم الدكتور أحمد فؤاد هنو بالقول:”حين تدخل الثقافة بيتًا، تزرع ضوءًا لا ينطفئ، وحين تصل إلى قرية، تُنقذ روحًا جديدة، وحين تسكن في إنسان، تصنع وطنًا بأكمله.”
مؤكدًا أن هذه التجربة تجسد كيف يمكن للثقافة أن تكون عنصرًا أساسيًا في تحقيق التنمية البشرية والمجتمعية والصحية في مصر.
