أعلنت وزارة الصحة والسكان، فحص 8 ملايين و265 ألفًا و709 طلاب في مدارس الجمهورية، ضمن مبادرة الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي للكشف المبكر عن أمراض الأنيميا والسمنة والتقزم لدى طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية. انطلقت المبادرة مع بداية العام الدراسي في 5 أكتوبر 2025، وتستمر حتى الآن.
وأوضح الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار، المتحدث الرسمي للوزارة، أن المبادرة تأتي في إطار حرص الدولة على صحة الطلاب، وتستهدف فحص الطلاب المصريين وغير المصريين بالمرحلة الابتدائية عبر 29 ألف مدرسة حكومية وخاصة في جميع المحافظات طوال العام الدراسي.
وقال إن خدمات المبادرة تشمل إجراء مسح طبي يتضمن قياس الوزن والطول ونسبة الهيموجلوبين للكشف عن سوء التغذية، مع وضع آليات لتحسين صحة الطلاب بالتنسيق مع وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني.
من جانبه، أكد الدكتور أحمد مصطفى، رئيس الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي، أن الحالات المكتشفة يتم تحويلها إلى عيادات التأمين الصحي لاستكمال الفحوصات وصرف العلاج مجانًا، مع تسليم الطالب «كارت متابعة» يحتوي على بياناته الشخصية لضمان المتابعة الدورية عبر العيادات في جميع المحافظات.
وأشار الدكتور تامر سمير، منسق المبادرة، إلى مشاركة 2000 فريق طبي مدرب على بروتوكولات الفحص والتشخيص ومكافحة العدوى. تُنفذ الإجراءات باتباع التدابير الاحترازية كاملة، مع توزيع المسح على مدار العام لتجنب التكدس. كما تقوم فرق التثقيف الصحي بتوعية الطلاب بالإجراءات الوقائية، ويُخصص الخطان الساخنان «105» و«106» للرد على استفسارات المواطنين بشأن المبادرة.
