التقى الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، اليوم، السيد/ أحمد كجوك، وزير المالية؛ لاستعراض أبرز النشاطات واللقاءات التي تم إجراؤها خلال اجتماعات صندوق النقد والبنك الدوليين، التي عقدت بالعاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن، خلال الأيام الماضية.
وخلال اللقاء، أشار وزير المالية إلى أنه التقى وزراء المالية بالشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا خلال مشاركتهم في اجتماعات صندوق النقد والبنك الدوليين بواشنطن، موضحا أن اللقاء دار حول التأكيد على ضرورة إسراع وتيرة التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر والطاقة المتجددة في ظل حالة “عدم اليقين” العالمي، وأنه رغم الصدمات الخارجية فإن الاقتصاد المصري والسياسات الاستباقية والمتناغمة المطبقة أظهر مرونة في امتصاص تلك الصدمات، انطلاقا من أن مصر تتبنى سياسات متوازنة تدعم النمو وتحمي الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا.
كما أشار وزير المالية إلى أنه التقى عددا من المستثمرين في لقاء موسع نظمه “بنك أوف أمريكا”، مشيرا إلى تأكيده أمام المستثمرين أن الدولة المصرية تعاملت بإجراءات استباقية متوازنة ومنهجية مرنة مع تحديات الأزمة العالمية الراهنة، وأننا نعمل وفق ٤ أولويات للسياسة المالية؛ لتعزيز جهود ضبط المالية العامة ودفع النشاط الاقتصادي وتحفيز مجتمع الأعمال.
وقال الوزير لرئيس الوزراء: إن لغة الحوار والمكاشفة ومصداقية الخطوات المنفذة خلال لقائه بالمستثمرين منحت هؤلاء المستثمرين رؤية أكثر وضوحًا عن بيئة الأعمال بمصر، مشيرا لتأكيده للمستثمرين أن مسار التسهيلات الضريبية يساعد في توسيع القاعدة الضريبية وزيادة الإيرادات الضريبية بنسبة ٢٩٪ خلال العام المالي الحالي دون فرض أعباء جديدة على المستثمرين.
وفي الوقت نفسه، وخلال اللقاء، أشار السيد/ أحمد كجوك إلى تناوله ملف الأسواق الناشئة والدول النامية خلال حضوره مائدة مستديرة حول الأسواق الناشئة في أثناء مشاركته في اجتماعات الربيع لصندوق النقد والبنك الدوليين بواشنطن، موضحا أنه أكد في هذه المائدة المستديرة أن الأسواق الناشئة تعد الأكثر تضررًا من التحديات الإقليمية الراهنة، وأن صعود “أسعار الطاقة” وتعطيل “سلاسل الإمداد والتوريد” هو التحدي الأكبر عالميًا.
كما أوضح وزير المالية لرئيس الوزراء أنه تحدث في هذه المائدة المستديرة عن أن إدارة ديون الاقتصادات الناشئة تتطلب حلولًا مبتكرة تحقق التوازن بين الاستدامة والنمو، وأن الدول الناشئة بحاجة إلى آليات تمويل أكثر عدالة لدعم مسار التنمية المستدامة، كما أنه لا بد من توفير مساحة مالية كافية لتلبية الاحتياجات التمويلية في ظل التحديات الاقتصادية، ومضاعفة الجهود الدولية للحد من تكلفة التمويل أمام الأسواق الناشئة؛ لجذب المزيد من الاستثمارات الخاصة.
كما أشار الوزير لمشاركته في حوار مفتوح مع عدد من المستثمرين الدوليين نظمه بنك “RMB” خلال مشاركته فى اجتماعات صندوق النقد والبنك الدوليين بواشنطن، وتأكيده للمستثمرين أن معدل نمو الاقتصاد المصرى بلغ ٥,٣٪ خلال النصف الأول من العام المالى الحالي، مدفوعًا بتحسن ونمو قوى لقطاعات الصناعة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والسياحة والاستثمار الخاص.
وأضاف: أوضحت للمستثمرين أيضا أن الأداء المالى القوى خلال الفترة من يوليو إلى مارس من العام المالى الحالى، يعكس تحسن الأوضاع الاقتصادية، وجهود توسيع القاعدة الضريبية، ونجاح مسار تبسيط السياسات والإجراءات، وبناء الثقة مع مجتمع الأعمال، وأن الفائض الأولي بلغ ٣,٥٪ من الناتج المحلى مدفوعًا بنمو الإيرادات الضريبية بنحو ٢٩٪ دون فرض أعباء جديدة على المستثمر أو المواطن.
وخلال لقائه مع رئيس مجلس الوزراء، أوضح وزير المالية أيضا أنه شارك في حوار مفتوح مع مستثمرين دوليين نظمته “جيفريز إنترناشونال” و”سوسيتيه جنرال”، وتأكيده خلال هذا الحوار أن هناك تنسيقًا وتعاونًا كاملًا بين مختلف الجهات الحكومية في مصر؛ لضمان سرعة اتخاذ الإجراءات والتواصل القوى مع الأسواق والمستثمرين.
وقال الوزير: تم التأكيد ـ خلال الاجتماعات واللقاءات التي شاركت فيها ـ أن الاقتصاد المصري يواصل مسار النمو بثبات ويعزز قدرته على جذب الاستثمارات، وأن التحسن الملحوظ في مؤشرات الأداء الاقتصادي خلال العام المالي الحالي يعكس قوة الإصلاحات الحكومية، كما أننا نعمل على سياسات مالية واقتصادية “مرنة” تحقق التوازن بين الانضباط المالي ودفع النشاط الاقتصادي.
وأضاف: تم التأكيد كذلك أننا نعمل أيضًا على تعزيز “شراكة الثقة” مع مجتمع الأعمال بحزم متنوعة من التسهيلات الضريبية والجمركية وبرامج ومبادرات دعم القطاعات ذات الأولوية، وأننا نسعى لتوسيع القاعدة الإنتاجية والاقتصادية والتصديرية لخلق فرص أكبر لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، والتنويه لتنامي دور القطاع الخاص في المشروعات التنموية وزيادة استثماراته بنسبة ٤٢٪ في الربع الأول من العام المالي الحالي.
وقال الوزير: إننا حريصون على تعميق التعاون مع المؤسسات المالية الدولية من أجل “اقتصاد مصري” أكثر تنافسية.
