استكمل وزير العمل حسن رداد جولته الميدانية بمحافظة الإسكندرية،اليوم الأربعاء ،يرافقه المهندس أيمن عطية محافظ الإسكندرية، والدكتور محمود حمزاوي مدير مديرية العمل بالإسكندرية،بتفقد موقع مشروع القطار السريع ..كوبري بحيرة مريوط،الذي تنفذه شركة الغرابلي للأعمال الهندسية المتكاملة ..وذلك لمتابعة أوضاع العمالة غير المنتظمة بالموقع، والاطلاع على أعمال لجنة قياس مستوى المهارة التابعة لوزارة العمل، والتي تتولى استخراج شهادات قياس مستوى المهارة مجانًا للعمال.
وأكد الوزير، خلال لقائه بالعاملين، أن الدولة المصرية تولي العمالة غير المنتظمة اهتمامًا غير مسبوق، تنفيذًا لتوجيهات فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، التي تستهدف توفير المزيد من الحماية الاجتماعية لهذه الفئة، ودمجها في سوق العمل الرسمي، بما يضمن حصولها على الحقوق والمزايا التي كفلها القانون…وأوضح وزير العمل أن استخراج شهادات قياس مستوى المهارة بالمجان يأتي في إطار خطة الوزارة للتيسير على العمال، والاعتراف بمهاراتهم، ورفع كفاءتهم المهنية، بما يسهم في تعزيز فرص تشغيلهم، ويدعم جهود الدولة في بناء قاعدة بيانات دقيقة للعمالة الماهرة، ودمجها في منظومة العمل الرسمية..
وخلال الجولة، استمع الوزير إلى عدد من العمال، واطلع على إجراءات عمل اللجنة، موجهًا بسرعة إنجاز الخدمات المقدمة للعاملين، ومؤكدًا استمرار الوزارة في التوسع في اللجان الميدانية بمواقع العمل والإنتاج، للوصول إلى أكبر عدد من العمالة غير المنتظمة، تنفيذًا لاستراتيجية الوزارة الهادفة إلى الجمع بين الحماية الاجتماعية، وتنمية المهارات، والتشغيل اللائق.
من جانبه، أكد محافظ الإسكندرية أن المحافظة تولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا بالتعاون مع وزارة العمل في تنفيذ المبادرات والبرامج التي تستهدف دعم العمالة غير المنتظمة، مشيرًا إلى أن تقديم الخدمات الصحية والمهنية للعمال يعكس حرص الدولة على الاستثمار في العنصر البشري، باعتباره الركيزة الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة، مثمنًا جهود وزارة العمل في توفير أوجه الرعاية والحماية لهذه الفئة..
