أدى اليمين القانونية أمام السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، اليوم، كل من المستشار ربيع أحمد محمد لبنة رئيسًا لمحكمة النقض، والمستشار محمود إبراهيم محمد أبو الدهب رئيسًا لمجلس الدولة، والمستشار عبد الناصر أبو العزم عيسى رئيسًا لهيئة قضايا الدولة، والمستشارة هدى أحمد محمد عيسى رئيسةً لهيئة النيابة الإدارية.
وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية بأن السيد الرئيس منح وسام الجمهورية من الطبقة الأولى لكلٍ من المستشار عاصم عبد اللطيف السعيد الغايش رئيس محكمة النقض السابق، والمستشار أسامة يوسف شلبي رئيس مجلس الدولة السابق، والمستشار محمد أحمد خليل الشناوي رئيس هيئة النيابة الإدارية السابق، وذلك تقديرًا لعطائهم وجهودهم المخلصة في خدمة الوطن وإعلاء العدالة وتطوير المنظومة القضائية المصرية.
وأضاف السفير محمد الشناوي، المتحدث الرسمي، أن السيد الرئيس أعرب خلال استقباله رؤساء الهيئات القضائية الجدد عن تمنياته لهم بالتوفيق والسداد في مهامهم الوطنية، مؤكدًا ثقته في قدرتهم على مواصلة تعزيز دولة القانون وترسيخ قيم العدل والمساواة بين جميع المواطنين. وشدد السيد الرئيس على التزام مؤسسات الدولة المصرية كافة بدعم استقلال القضاء وإنفاذ القانون وإعلاء قيم الحق والعدالة التي تُشكّل ركائز الدولة المصرية الحديثة في إطار الجمهورية الجديدة.
كما أشاد السيد الرئيس بالدور المحوري للمؤسسات والهيئات القضائية الموقرة في حماية المال العام وممتلكات الدولة، ومكافحة الفساد والإرهاب، وصون الحريات والحقوق والممتلكات للمواطنين، منوهًا بالتطور الملموس في سرعة وآليات التقاضي، وتعزيز دور القضاء، وتمكين المرأة المصرية في السلك القضائي.
