شهدت أسعار الأسمنت في الأسواق المحلية حالة من الاستقرار اليوم الأربعاء 30 ديسمبر 2025، وذلك عقب انخفاضها خلال الفترة الماضية بنحو 200 جنيه للطن، الأمر الذي ساهم في تهدئة سوق مواد البناء نسبيًا.
ويهتم قطاع واسع من شركات المقاولات والمستهلكين بمتابعة حركة الأسعار، في ظل تأثيرها المباشر على تكلفة المشروعات والإنشاءات.
أسعار الأسمنت اليوم في السوق المحلية:
الأسمنت البورتلاندي العادي: يتراوح بين 3,800 و3,850 جنيهًا للطن
أسمنت المسلح: من 3,850 إلى 3,900 جنيه للطن
أسمنت النصر: بين 3,800 و3,880 جنيهًا للطن
أسمنت السويدي: من 3,900 إلى 3,950 جنيهًا للطن
أسمنت حلوان: يتراوح بين 3,820 و3,900 جنيه للطن
مؤشرات السوق وصادرات الأسمنت:
يشهد سوق الأسمنت المحلي توازنًا ملحوظًا بين حجم الإنتاج والطلب، بالتزامن مع تحسن ملحوظ في حركة التصدير. وارتفعت صادرات مصر من الأسمنت خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية، ما عزز من تنافسية المنتج المصري في الأسواق الخارجية، خاصة داخل القارة الأفريقية التي تأتي في صدارة الدول المستوردة.
الإنتاج المحلي ودوره في استقرار الأسعار:
وأظهرت بيانات البنك المركزي المصري ارتفاع إنتاج الأسمنت المحلي إلى نحو 25.39 مليون طن خلال الفترة من يناير حتى يوليو 2024، مقابل 23.3 مليون طن خلال الفترة نفسها من عام 2023، وهو ما ساهم في زيادة المعروض بالسوق ودعم استقرار الأسعار محليًا.
