ترأس الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار، وزير الصحة والسكان، اجتماع مجلس إدارة صندوق التعويض عن مخاطر المهن الطبية، بحضور اللواء حسين دحروج المدير التنفيذي للصندوق، وعدد من قيادات الوزارة وممثلي الجهات المعنية بمقر الوزارة بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة.
وأوضح الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار، المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة والسكان، أن الاجتماع شهد استعراض إيرادات ومصروفات الصندوق عن العام المالي 2024-2025، والموقف المالي منذ إنشائه في أكتوبر 2020 حتى يونيو 2025، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة واعتماد مشروع موازنة العام المالي 2026-2027.
كما تم مناقشة الموقف المالي حتى 31 مايو 2026، وخطة استثمار أموال الصندوق، ومراجعة تشكيل لجان الاستثمار والحوكمة والدعم والرعاية المجتمعية، إلى جانب استعراض الموقف التنفيذي لصرف التعويضات، حيث بلغت نسبة الصرف 100% للمستحقين وفقاً لأحكام القانون رقم 184 لسنة 2020.
وتناول الاجتماع آخر المستجدات بشأن انضمام أعضاء المهن الطبية بالهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية والهيئة العامة للاعتماد والرقابة الصحية، وتطوير الموقع الإلكتروني للصندوق، بالإضافة إلى المزايا المقدمة للمصابين وبروتوكولات التعاون مع الوزارة، حيث تم تنفيذ 5 برامج تدريبية خلال العام المالي 2025/2026، حيث وجه الوزير بالتوسع في البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للفرق الطبية والتمريضية لتنمية الموارد البشرية وتأهيل الكوادر.
وحضر الاجتماع كل من: السيد شريف عاشور وكيل محافظ البنك المركزي، والدكتور أسامة عبدالحي نقيب الأطباء ممثلاً عن اتحاد نقابات المهن الطبية، والمستشار محمد المنشاوي المستشار القانوني للوزير، والدكتور ممدوح العربي رئيس مجلس إدارة مستشفى العربي (عضو عن القطاع الطبي الخاص)، والدكتور عمر شريف عمر أمين المجلس الأعلى للمستشفيات الجامعية، والسيد سعد أمين نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لمستشفيات دار الفؤاد (عضو عن القطاع الطبي الخاص)، والدكتور أحمد سيد رئيس قطاع موازنات التنمية البشرية بوزارة المالية، والدكتورة هنادي محمد رئيس قطاع تنمية المهن الطبية، والدكتور محمد النحيف رئيس الإدارة المركزية للاستثمار وإدارة أموال الصندوق، والمستشار أحمد حفني عضو مكتب المستشار القانوني للوزير، والسيد تامر عيسى منسق أعمال الصندوق الحكومي للتأمين ضد الأخطار الناجمة عن الأخطاء الطبية، والسيد محمد النويهي عضو المكتب الفني للصندوق.
