وقع بنك القاهرة اتفاقية تمويل جديدة مع مجموعة قنديل لتمويل التوسعات الرأسمالية، حيث تتضمن الاتفاقية إنشاء مصنع جديد لإنتاج الزجاج في المنطقة الحرة بعتاقة بمحافظة السويس، بطاقة إنتاجية متوقعة تبلغ 100 طن يومياً.
وجاء التمويل ضمن قرض متوسط الأجل بقيمة 16.7 مليون دولار أمريكي لمدة ست سنوات ضمن مشروع استثماري بتكلفة إجمالية تصل إلى 20.4 مليون دولار أمريكي لأنشاء مصنع قنديل للصناعات الزجاجية – بالمنطقة الحرة، كما شمل التعاون تمويل شركة قنديل للزجاج القائمة بقيمة 8 ملايين دولار أمريكي و85.6 مليون جنيه مصري، لتمويل استثمارات الشركة (CAPEX).
وفي هذا السياق، قال الاستاذ حسين أباظة، العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي لبنك القاهرة، إن هذه الاتفاقية تأتي في إطار استراتيجية البنك الهادفة لدعم القطاع الصناعي باعتباره أحد المحركات الرئيسية للنمو الاقتصادي المستدام، لا سيما الصناعات التحويلية ذات القيمة المضافة، موضحاً أن هذا التعاون يُجسد ثقة البنك في الكيانات الصناعية الوطنية الجادة، وحرصه على توفير حلول تمويلية متكاملة تسهم في التوسع الإنتاجي، وتعزيز القدرات التنافسية للشركات المصرية، بالإضافة إلى خلق فرص عمل جديدة، بما يدعم توجهات الدولة نحو تعميق التصنيع المحلي وزيادة الصادرات.
فيما أعرب الأستاذ بهاء الشافعي، نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك القاهرة، عن سعادته بتوقيع هذه الاتفاقية والتعاون مع مجموعة قنديل للزجاج ، قائلا: “إن بنك القاهرة يحرص دائماً علي القيام بدوره التنموي في تمويل المشروعات الصناعية ذات الأثر الاقتصادي المباشر ودعم هذا المشروع الاستثماري الواعد، الذي يعتمد على أحدث التقنيات الصناعية ويستهدف التوسع في الأسواق التصديرية، بما يسهم في تعزيز تنافسية الصناعة المصرية إقليميًا ودوليًا، ويدعم رؤية البنك في أن يكون شريكًا مصرفيًا رئيسيًا للنمو والتوسع المستدام لعملائه”.
وأضاف الاستاذ محمد شاكر، المشرف على مجموعة الائتمان المصرفي للشركات وقطاع ائتمان القروض المشتركة والتمويل الهيكلي، أن هذه الاتفاقية تعكس نهج البنك في دعمه المشروعات الصناعية ذات الأثر الاقتصادي الإيجابي، بما يعزز مكانة بنك القاهرة كمؤسسة مالية داعمة للنشاط الإنتاجي وتطوير قطاعات الصناعية الحيوية.
كما أكد الأستاذ محمد لاشين، رئيس مجموعة الائتمان المصرفي الشركات أن هذا التعاون يأتي في إطار توجه البنك لدعم القطاعات الصناعية ذات القيمة المضافة وأن تمويل إنشاء مصنع قنديل للصناعات الزجاجية بالمنطقة الحرة بالسويس، والذي يعتمد في جانب كبير من إنتاجه على التصدير، يأتي اتساقا مع استراتيجية الدولة الهادفة إلى دعم المصدرين وتنمية الصادرات، مما يرسّخ دور بنك القاهرة كشريك مصرفي داعم للقطاعات الإنتاجية.
من جانبه، أفاد المهندس خليل قنديل، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة قنديل للزجاج :”نحن سعداء بهذه الشراكة الاستراتيجية مع بنك القاهرة، الذي طالما أبدى ثقة كبيرة في رؤيتنا الصناعية وقدرتنا على النمو فى الاسواق المحلية والعالمية، موضحاً أن هذا التمويل ليس مجرد دعم مالي، بل هو شريك في تحقيق رؤية قنديل لزيادة قدرتنا الإنتاجية وتوسيع تواجدنا في السوق المحلي والإقليمي”.
وأضاف المهندس/ خليل قنديل، أن المصنع الجديد في المنطقة الحرة بعتاقة يمثل نقلة تقنية وتصنيعية في إنتاج الزجاج بمصر، وسيمكننا من تلبية الطلب المتزايد محلياً وإقليمياً، مع التركيز على الجودة والقدرة التنافسية، وأن هذا التعاون يضعنا على مسار متسارع لتحقيق أهداف الشركة الاستراتيجية.
من جانبه، أكد الأستاذ/ احمد شاكر، رئيس قطاع التمويل والعلاقات المصرفية بالمجموعة قنديل للزجاج، أن هذه الاتفاقية تمثل نموذجاً ناجحاً للشراكة بين القطاع المصرفي والصناعي في مصر، وتُترجم التزام بنك القاهرة بدعم الصناعات المحلية ذات القيمة المضافة، موضحاً أن التمويل سيمكننا من تحسين هيكل التكلفة وتعزيز السيولة، وبالتالي تركيز الجهود نحو التحول الرقمي والابتكار في العمليات.
ويأتي هذا التعاون في إطار استراتيجية مجموعة قنديل الرامية إلى تعزيز مكانتها كرائدة في صناعة الزجاج في مصر والشرق الأوسط، ودعم توجه الدولة نحو تنمية الصادرات وتعزيز الإنتاج المحلي، كما يعكس التزام بنك القاهرة بدعم المشروعات الصناعية والاستثمارات الوطنية، بما يسهم في تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية ورفع القدرات الإنتاجية المحلية، ويؤكد دور القطاع المصرفي كشريك استراتيجي للشركات المصرية الطموحة في تحقيق النمو المستدام.
