تنفيذاً لتوجيهات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى لزيادة الوعى لدى أبناؤه الشباب بمحافظة أسوان بالتحديات التى يتم مواجهتها بفكر إستراتيجى مستنير لتظل أرض الكنانة كيان متماسك أمد الدهر ، ورفع الروح المعنوية لدى الشباب والنهوض بهم علمياً ، شارك اللواء دكتور إسماعيل كمال محافظ أسوان فى فعاليات الندوة التوعوية بعنوان ” التحديات التى تواجه الأمن القومى المصرى ” ، والتى أدارها اللواء الدكتور سمير فرج المفكر الإستراتيجى والخبير العسكرى بقاعة المشير محمد حسين طنطاوى بمقر جامعة أسوان بصحارى ، وذلك بحضور الدكتور لؤى سعد الدين القائم بأعمال رئيس الجامعة ، فضلاً عن أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلاب كليات الجامعة ، وفى كلمته رحب الدكتور إسماعيل كمال باللواء سمير فرج على أرض عاصمة الشباب والإقتصاد والثقافة الإفريقية ، كما أعلنها رئيس الجمهورية ، مؤكداً على أن بناء الوعى الوطنى وتعزيز الإدراك الحقيقى للتحديات التى تواجه الدولة المصرية يمثلان خط الدفاع الأول عن أمننا القومى جنباً إلى جنب مع قوة مؤسسات الدولة وصلابة قواتها المسلحة ، وتكاتف شعبها وجيشها لإستكمال مسيرة البناء والتنمية التى تشهدها الجمهورية الجديدة فى كافة قطاعات العمل العام ، وأشار محافظ أسوان إلى أن مثل هذه اللقاءات الفكرية والعلمية التى تجمع بين الخبرة الإستراتيجية والبيئة الأكاديمية الواعية تعتبر ركيزة أساسية فى إعداد أجيال قادرة على الفهم والتحليل ، ومجتمع محصن من الشائعات وحروب الجيل الرابع والخامس التى تستهدف إستقرار الوطن وهويته ، وخاصة أن الذكاء الإصطناعى أصبح اليوم لاعباً أساسياً فى تشكيل فكر ووعى الشباب فى ظل إنتشار المحتوى المضلل من أخبار وفيديوهات وصور مفبركة على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعى ، والإعتماد عليه كمصدر رئيسى للمعلومات ، لافتاً بأن محافظة أسوان بما تمثله من عمق حضارى وتاريخى وموقع إستراتيجى بالغ الأهمية ، كانت وستظل جزءاً أصيلاً من منظومة الأمن القومى المصرى ، وحائط صد فى مواجهة أى تهديدات ، وداعماً قوياً لمسيرة التنمية الشاملة فى وسط عالم تتغير فيه طبيعة الصراعات الإقليمية والدولية عبر الفضاء الرقمى والتكنولوجى ، كما ثمن إسماعيل كمال التعاون المثمر بين المحافظة وجامعة أسوان بإعتبارها منارة للعلم والفكر المستنير ، وشريكاً فاعلاً فى ترسيخ ثقافة الإنتماء الوطنى وبناء الإنسان المصرى الواعى بقضايا وطنه ، وتحديات عصره ، متمنياً بأن تسهم هذه الندوة فى تعميق الوعى الوطنى لدى شبابنا وتعزيز إدراكهم لحجم المسئولية الملقاة على عاتق كل مصرى فى حماية أمن وإستقرار هذا الوطن ، وقد شهدت الندوة السلام الوطنى والقرآن الكريم ، ثم محاضرة اللواء سمير فرج عن المشهد السياسى والإقتصادى بدول العالم والتحديات التى تواجه الأمن القومى المصرى ، أعقبها فتح باب المناقشة والرد على الإستفسارات والتساؤلات ، ثم قام محافظ أسوان والقائم بأعمال رئيس الجامعة بإهداء الدروع للخبير الإستراتيجى ، وإلتقاط الصور التذكارية الجماعية مع أبناؤهم الطلاب .
