أعلن الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء للتنمية البشرية ووزير الصحة والسكان، إصدار النسخة الأولى من «دليل إجراءات العمل بمنظومة العلاج على نفقة الدولة – يناير 2026».
يأتي هذا الإصدار في إطار التزام الدولة المصرية، بحق المواطنين الدستوري في الحصول على رعاية صحية عادلة وشاملة.
وأكد الوزير أن هذه المنظومة تمثل إحدى أهم الركائز الاستراتيجية لنظام الرعاية الصحية في مصر لحين استكمال منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل في جميع المحافظات، حيث تهدف الإدارة العامة للمجالس الطبية المتخصصة من خلال هذا الدليل إلى توحيد معايير العمل وتبسيط الدورة المستندية لطلب قرارات العلاج.
وأوضح الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة والسكان، أن الدليل، تم إعداده تحت إشراف قطاع الطب العلاجي، ويتضمن تفصيلاً شاملاً للإجراءات الإدارية والطبية، ومن أهمها:
•توضيح دورة العمل من خلال شرح دقيق لخطوات طلب قرار العلاج بدءاً من رفع الملفات الطبية المرفقة بتقرير «اللجنة الثلاثية» الممهور بختم شعار الجمهورية من المستشفيات.
•يضم الدليل فصلاً كاملاً للمعايير الطبية الموحدة، يحدد الأبحاث والفحوصات المطلوبة لكل تخصص طبي (مثل الجراحة العامة، أمراض الدم، الأورام، الكلى، والرمد) لضمان سرعة اتخاذ القرار.
•يدعم الدليل التخصصات الدقيقة، حيث يغطي الإجراءات العلاجية المتطورة، وتشمل جراحات القلب والصدر، والأشعة التداخلية، وعلاج التصلب المتناثر (MS)، وزرع النخاع، وعلاج الأورام بالكيماوي والإشعاعي.
•يحدد الدليل الأبحاث المطلوبة عند تجديد قرارات العلاج لضمان الشفافية في التجديد، واستمرارية الخدمة الطبية للمرضى دون معوقات.
من جانبه، أشار الدكتور محمد العقاد، مدير عام الإدارة العامة للمجالس الطبية المتخصصة، إلى أن الدليل يضع خريطة طريق واضحة للمجالس الطبية الفرعية والمستشفيات، مما يقلل من زمن انتظار صدور القرارات ويضمن وصول الدعم لمستحقيه بأعلى معايير الجودة.
وتجدد وزارة الصحة والسكان، التزام بالاستمرار في تطوير المنظومة الصحية، وتدعو كافة المعنيين والمنشآت الطبية للالتزام بما جاء في هذا الدليل الاسترشادي لتقديم أفضل خدمة طبية تليق بالمواطن المصري.
