أعلنت الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية عن نجاحها في إجراء 2600 جراحة قلب مفتوح للكبار والأطفال داخل مستشفيات الهيئة بمحافظات المرحلة الأولى لتطبيق منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل، محققة نسب نجاح تضاهي المعدلات العالمية، بما يعكس التطور النوعي في مستوى الخدمات الطبية المتقدمة المقدمة للمنتفعين داخل منشآت الهيئة، وتحت مظلة التأمين الصحي الشامل.
وأكد الدكتور أحمد السبكي، رئيس الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية، أن الهيئة تعمل وفق رؤية واضحة تستهدف توطين التخصصات الطبية الدقيقة داخل منشآتها، والتوسع في استخدام أحدث التقنيات الطبية والتجهيزات عالية الدقة، بما يسهم في تقديم خدمات علاجية تضاهي المراكز الطبية العالمية، ويحد من الحاجة إلى السفر للعلاج بالخارج.
وأوضح رئيس الهيئة أن هذا التوجه يأتي مدعومًا بامتلاك الهيئة كوادر طبية مدربة وعلى أعلى مستوى من الكفاءة العلمية والعملية، تم تأهيلها وفق أحدث النظم العالمية، إلى جانب توفير بيئة عمل متطورة تعتمد على التكنولوجيا الحديثة والحوكمة الإكلينيكية، بما يضمن تحقيق أفضل النتائج العلاجية للمرضى.
وأضاف الدكتور أحمد السبكي أن مستشفيات ومجمعات الهيئة بمحافظات التأمين الصحي الشامل، والبالغ عددها 43 مستشفى ومجمعًا طبيًا، نجحت في إجراء نحو 200 ألف عملية جراحية متقدمة وذات مهارة عالية في مختلف التخصصات الطبية، في مؤشر واضح على نجاح استراتيجية توطين الخدمات الصحية المتقدمة داخل المحافظات.
مشيرًا أن مستشفى أطفال النصر التخصصي بمحافظة بورسعيد يضم مركزًا متكاملًا ومتخصصًا لجراحات قلب الأطفال، تم تجهيزه وفقًا للمعايير الفنية المعتمدة من مؤسسة مجدي يعقوب للقلب، إلى جانب استخدام أحدث التقنيات الطبية في التشخيص والتدخل الجراحي والرعاية المركزة.
فيما أوضح رئيس الهيئة أن تكلفة جراحات القلب المفتوح خارج منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل قد تتجاوز 700 ألف جنيه، بينما لا يتحمل المنتفع بالمنظومة سوى 482 جنيهًا فقط كحد أقصى كنسبة مساهمة طوال فترة الإقامة، مؤكدًا أن المنظومة توفر حماية مالية حقيقية للمواطنين وتحقق العدالة في إتاحة الخدمات الصحية المتقدمة.
واختتم الدكتور أحمد السبكي بالتأكيد على أن الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية مستمرة في دعم التخصصات الدقيقة، وتحديث البنية التحتية والتكنولوجية للمنشآت الصحية، بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الرعاية الصحية وتحقيق أهداف منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل .
