استمع رجال المباحث بمديرية أمن الجيزة، لأقوال والدة الطفلة رقية، التي لقيت مصرعها إثر إصابتها بطلق ناري، في منطقة البراجيل بأوسيم، وذكرت أن إبنتها كانت متوقفة ببلكونة الشقة بالطابق الثالث، لمشاهدة زفة عروسين، شقتهما بالطابق الأول، وقبل دخول العقار، تم إطلاق النار احتفالا بالزفة، وأصاب طلق ناري رأس إبنتها، فسقطت غارقة فى دماءها، وفارقت الحياة.
كما استمع رجال المباحث لأقوال شهود عيان، لكشف ملابسات الحادث، وتم تحديد هوية المتهم بارتكاب الجريمة، وتحرر محضر بالواقعة، وتولت النيابة المختصة التحقيق.
وكشف عم الطفلة رقية مصطفى، التي لقيت مصرعها، نتيجة إصابتها بطلق ناري، خلال زفة عروسين، في أوسيم، تفاصيل الجريمة، فذكر أن ابنة شقيقه كانت تقف ببلكونة الشقة بالطابق الثالث، لمشاهدة الاحتفال بزفة عروسين، شقتهما بالطابق الأول بذات العقار، وقبل دخول العروسين للعقار، أطلق العريس أعيرة نارية، مما أدى إلى إصابة رقية بطلق ناري برأسها، أنهى حياتها، أمام والدتها.
أضاف ربيع البرديسي عم المجني عليها، لـ”اليوم السابع”، أن الفرح تحول لجريمة، بإطلاق رصاصة حيّة، من شخص كما وصفه ” ما يعرفش يعني إيه روح، ولا يعرف يعني إيه طفلة، ولا يعني إيه أم”
وذكر عم المجني عليها أن رقية ماتت بين يدي والدتها، مؤكدا أن الحادث يعد جريمة قتل، واستعراض بسلاح، واستهتار بالأرواح، واختتم حديثه قائلا:”حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل، والله ما فى وجع هيعدّى، ولا دم طفلة هيروح، ولا حق رُقيّة يسقط”.
ورد بلاغ لمديرية أمن الجيزة، يفيد مقتل طفلة، بمنطقة البراجيل في أوسيم، انتقل رجال المباحث إلى محل الواقعة، وبإجراء التحريات تبين أن طفلة تدعى رقية مصطفى تبلغ من العمر 11 عاما، أثناء توقفها ببلكونة شقة أسرتها بالطابق الثالث، لمشاهدة حفل زفة عروسين أمام العقار، أطلق شخص أعيرة نارية ابتهاجا بالزفة، لتصاب الطفلة بطلق ناري، أسفر عن سقوطها مفارقة الحياة أمام والدتها.
