مسؤولين المعهد القومي للأورام بجامعة القاهرة، أحالت جهات التحقيق المختصة مسؤولين اثنين بالمعهد القومي للأورام بجامعة القاهرة إلى المحاكمة الجنائية، لاتهامهما بـ اختلاس أجهزة لمرضى السرطان من مقر عملهما تُقدَّر قيمتها بنحو 8 ملايين جنيه.
تفاصيل قضية اختلاس أجهزة لمرضى السرطان
وجّهت جهات التحقيق إلى المتهمين – الأول مسؤول مركز البيانات (Data Center) والثاني مسؤول التركيبات بالمعهد – تهمة اختلاس أجهزة مملوكة لجهة عملهما، وذلك بطريق الاتفاق والمساعدة.
وكشفت التحقيقات أن المتهمين استوليا على 32 جهاز “سويتش” (21 جهاز سويتش 48 بورت من نوع “سيسكو” و11 جهاز سويتش 24 بورت من النوع ذاته) تُقدّر قيمتها بحوالي 8 ملايين جنيه.
وتبيّن أن الأجهزة المختلسة كانت في حيازة المتهم الأول بحكم وظيفته كأمين على الودائع، حيث تسلّمها رسميًا من إدارة المخازن بموجب أذون صرف موقّعة تُفيد استلامه الأجهزة وحفظها في المخزن المخصّص بمحل عمله، على أن يتم إخراجها لتركيبها والإشراف على العملية عند الطلب.
واتفق المتهم الأول مع المتهم الثاني – بصفته المسؤول عن التركيبات – على اختلاس الأجهزة، حيث قاما بإعداد محضر تركيب يثبت على غير الحقيقة تركيب وتشغيل الأجهزة في مستشفى الثدي بالتجمّع الأول، وذلك لإخفاء واقعة الاختلاس.
التزوير في المحررات الرسمية:
ارتبطت جريمة الاختلاس بجناية التزوير في محررات رسمية، إذ أثبت المتهمان على خلاف الحقيقة تركيب الأجهزة وتشغيلها، ووقعا على محضر التركيب بما يفيد إتمام العملية رغم علمهما بعدم تنفيذها.
وقدما المحرر المزور إلى إدارة التوريدات بجهة عملهما، مما ترتب عليه سداد المبلغ المالي نظير التركيب الذي لم يتم فعليًا.
وبناءً على ما سبق، قررت جهات التحقيق إحالة المتهمين إلى المحاكمة الجنائية لمواجهتهما بالاتهامات المنسوبة إليهما.
