مستشفي البنك الأهلي، تفقد الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة والسكان، مستشفى البنك الأهلي، التابع لأمانة المراكز الطبية المتخصصة، وذلك في زيارة مفاجئة، ضمن جولاته الميدانية، التي تهدف إلى متابعة سير العمل، والوقوف على مستوى جودة وكفاءة الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمرضى، والمتابعة المستمرة للمنظومة الصحية، ورصد أي قصور، والوقوف على أي تحديات وحلها.
وقال الدكتور حسام عبد الغفار، المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة والسكان، إن الوزير تفقد عددًا من أقسام المستشفى، شملت العناية المركزة، والاستقبال والطوارئ، وراجع سجلات الحضور والانصراف، للتأكد من انتظام الفريق الطبي والإداري.
وأوضح «عبدالغفار» أن الوزير تفقد الصيدلية وقسم الإقامة الداخلية، حيث اطلع على مستوى التجهيزات والخدمات المقدمة في كل منها، وحرص على التحدث مع المرضى وأسرهم للتأكد من مدى رضاهم على مستوى الخدمات المقدمة لهم.

وتابع «عبدالغفار» أن الوزير تفقد سكن الأطباء، ووجه برفع كفاءته وتطويره خلال شهر، ما يضمن توفير بيئة سكنية ملائمة تليق بالأطقم الطبية، مضيفًا أن الوزير وجه بسرعة إنهاء أعمال التطوير بالمستشفى وفقًا للجداول الزمنية المحددة، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الجودة والاشتراطات الفنية، مؤكدًا أن أعمال التطوير تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة البنية التحتية، وتحسين بيئة العمل للفرق الطبية، وتوفير خدمات صحية أكثر فاعلية وكفاءة للمرضى.
وقال «عبدالغفار» إن الوزير وجه بصرف مكافأة لجميع العاملين والإداريين بالمستشفى، لما لمسه من الانضباط والالتزام بالمستشفى
يذكر أن الطاقة الاستيعابية للمستشفى تقدر بـ 80 سريرا، وعدد الأسرة بالقسم الداخلي المفعلة حاليًا 28 سريرا، ومعدل الإشغال تقدر بٰ 24 سريرا، بالإضافة لعدد أسرة المستشفى، تحت التطوير وعددها 28 سرير، إلى جانب عدد أسرة الرعاية المفعلة بالمستشفى وعددها 16 سريرا، و6 أسرة رعاية تحت التطوير، علاوة على 2 سرير عزل، بالإضافة لـ 13 سرير طوارئ، ومتوسط تردد الطوارئ 100 حالة معظمهم حوادث تستدعي تدخلات سريعة متعددة التخصصات، بالإضافة إلى 3 غرف عمليات.
وزير الصحة يشيد بانتظام العمل ويوجه بصرف مكافأة لجميع العاملين والإداريين بمستشفى البنك الأهلي
