استقبل الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار وزير الصحة والسكان وفدًا رفيع المستوى من جامعة “كوكوشيكان” اليابانية، لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك في مجالات طب الطوارئ والخدمات الإسعافية، في إطار خطة الوزارة للارتقاء بالمنظومة الصحية وفق المعايير العالمية.
وأشاد الوزير بالنجاح الكبير الذي حققته المرحلة الأولى من التعاون، والتي شملت تدريب 10 دفعات من المسعفين المصريين، مؤكدًا أنهم يمثلون نواة قوية لنقل الخبرات والممارسات اليابانية المتقدمة داخل هيئة الإسعاف المصرية.
وصرح الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار المتحدث الرسمي للوزارة بأن الوزير ناقش مقترح إنشاء “أكاديمية مصرية يابانية متخصصة في خدمات الإسعاف وطب الطوارئ”، موجهًا بالبدء في التخطيط لتوأمة بين الأكاديمية وجامعة كوكوشيكان لضمان استدامة جودة التعليم وتخريج كوادر إسعافية بمواصفات عالمية، كما وجه الوزير بانتقال الشراكة إلى مرحلة أكثر عمقًا تشمل استقدام خبراء يابانيين للتواجد الميداني في مصر لتقييم الأداء الإسعافي وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية بدقة، وتقديم التدريب على رأس العمل، كما كلف الدكتور أحمد الجوهري مستشار الوزير للمعاهد الفنية والتعليم الطبي المستمر، والدكتور عمرو رشيد رئيس هيئة الإسعاف المصرية، بصياغة بروتوكول تعاون شامل يضم وزارة الصحة وهيئة الإسعاف والمجلس الصحي المصري وجامعة كوكوشيكان.
وأشار المتحدث الرسمي للوزارة إلى أن الجانبين تبادلا الهدايا التذكارية وتم تكريم عدد من المسعفين الذين أتموا التدريب في اليابان، مع التأكيد على عمق العلاقات التاريخية المثمرة بين مصر واليابان في المجال الصحي.
ومن جانبهم، أعرب وفد جامعة كوكوشيكان، برئاسة البروفيسور “تاناكا” والبروفيسور “شيمازاكي”، عن تقديرهم لحفاوة الاستقبال والدعم المستمر من الجانب المصري، مؤكدين استعدادهم لنقل المقترحات إلى إدارة الجامعة وبدء الخطوات التنفيذية، مشيدين بالروح الإيجابية والخطوات السريعة التي تتخذها الدولة المصرية لتطوير منظومتها الصحية.
