استعرض وزير الزراعة، علاء فاروق، تقريراً حول إنجازات قطاع الثروة الحيوانية والداجنة خلال عام 2025، فيما يتعلق بتيسير إجراءات التراخيص وتسجيل الأعلاف وفق معايير الأمن الحيوي، مع تقديم الدعم الفني اللازم لرفع معدلات الأداء وتشجيع الصادرات المصرية في هذا القطاع.
وقال الدكتور طارق سليمان رئيس قطاع تنمية الثروة الحيوانية والداجنة، أن القطاع قد شهد خلال عام 2025، العديد من الأنشطة والجهود، فى ضوء توجيهات السيد علاء فاروق وزير الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي، والمهندس مصطفى الصياد نائب وزير الزراعة بتذليل كافة العقبات مع الإلتزام بالضوابط والمعايير.
وأشار سليمان، إلى أنه تم خلال عام 2025 إصدار نحو 10870 ترخيص تشغيل، ما بين تجديد وأول مرة لكافة أنشطة ومشروعات الثروة الحيوانية والعلفية والداجنة ومراكز تجميع الألبان، من بينها 3685 تصريح مزاولة نشاط تربية ماشية للمربي الصغير مع الإلتزام بكافة ضوابط واشتراطات الأمن والأمان الحيوي داخل وحول تلك الأنشطة والمشروعات، بمشاركة الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية.
وقال إنه تم أيضا الموافقة على تسجيل عدد8247 تسجيلة لمخاليط أعلاف وإضافاتها ومركزاتها منهم 5395 تسجيلة محلية، 2852 تسجيلة مستوردة، وفقاً للمعايير والضوابط العلمية والمواصفات القياسية، وذلك بالاشتراك مع المركز الإقليمي للأغذية والأعلاف، ومعهد بحوث الإنتاج الحيوانى، فضلا عن إصدار عدد 610 موافقة فنية لإقامة مشروعات ثروة حيوانية وداجنة جديدة طبقاً لمعايير وإشتراطات البعد الوقائى والأمان الحيوى فى الظهير الصحراوى.
وأشار سليمان إلى مواصلة تقديم الدعم الفنى وإجراء وعمل تجارب التجانس، بمشاركة المركز الإقليمي للأغذية والأعلاف ومديريات الزراعة المختصة،.حيث تم إجراؤها خلال العام ذاته على عدد 497 مصنع أعلاف على مستوى محافظات الجمهورية بعدد 1104 وحدة خط إنتاج أعلاف (دواجن – مواشي – أسماك) تمهيداً لإصدار تراخيص تشغيل إنتاج أعلاف مطابقة للمواصفات القياسية تحقق أعلى معدلات أداء سواء للدواجن أو للمواشي أو للأسماك.
واضاف رئيس قطاع تنمية الثروة الحيوانية والداجنة، انه تم أيضا خلال العام ذاته، إعتماد صرف مبلغ 1,060 مليار جنيه لعدد 1,122 مستفيد لتربية وتسمين عدد 12,438 رأس ماشية ضمن المشروع القومى للبتلو، ليصبح إجمالى التمويل حتى تاريخه 10,053 مليارات جنيه تقريباً إستفاد منها حوالي 45,100 ألف مستفيد من صغار المربين وشباب الخريجين والسيدات في قرى مبادرة فخامة السيد رئيس الجمهورية”حياة كريمة” لتنمية الريف المصرى، كما بلغ إجمالى الرؤوس ضمن المبادرة حوالي 522,500 ألف رأس ماشية.
وأوضح انه تم ايضا تطوير ورفع كفاءة 50 مركز تجميع ألبان طبقاً للمواصفات القياسية ليصبح إجمالى ما تم تطويره من مراكز تجميع الألبان حتى الآن 300 مركز منهم 90 مركز بتمويلات ميسره تخطت الــ 517 مليون جنيه، بالإضافه إلى 41 مركز فى المجمعات الزراعية بقرى مبادرة فخامة الرئيس “حياة كريمة” لتنمية الريف المصري، وجارى الإستكمال.
وشدد على استمرار التنسيق مع كافة الجهات الرقابية المختصة والمعنية وشن حملات تفتيش مكثفة ومفاجئة على مخازن الأعلاف وخاماتها، وكذلك على صناعة وتداول الأعلاف على مستوى جميع محافظات الجمهورية في آن واحد، حيث شنت خلال عام 2025 أكثر من 250 حملة مفاجئة بمختلف المحافظات، حيث أسفرت الجهود عن ضبط 187 طن أعلاف مخالفة (منتهية الصلاحية أو مخزنة للاحتكار)، وتمت إحالة المخالفين للنيابة العامة لضمان استقرار السوق والجودة.
وأوضح أنه تم خلال العام ذاته الإشراف على إعدام وإعادة تصدير شحنات بكميات (550) طن إضافات أعلاف مرفوضة وغير مطابقة للمواصفات القياسية المستوردة على أساسها وذلك بالتنسيق مع كافة الجهات المختصة، ومنع دخولها إلى البلاد، ذلك بالإضافة الى الموافقة على تصدير أعلاف أسماك وإضافات أعلاف ومصنعات دواجن ودواجن مجمدة (سمان – بط – حمام – رومي) إلى بعض الدول العربية والأجنبية.
وقال إنه تم أيضا تنظيم 113 ندوة تدريبية لصغار المربين لتحسين الإنتاجية، على مستوى محافظات الجمهورية بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المركزية للإرشاد الزراعي ومعهد بحوث الإنتاج الحيواني والمركز الإقليمي للأغذية والأعلاف ومديريات الزراعة المختصة، فضلا عن طرح 750 طبق بيض يومياً بمشاركة الصندوق المركزى لتنمية الثروة الحيوانية فى الأراضى المستصلحة من بخصومات تصل إلى 25% عبر منافذ متحركة، بالإضافة إلى توزيع 270 ألف دجاجة بياض على الشباب وصغار المربين في أراضي الاستصلاح الجديدة.
وأوضح رئيس قطاع تنمية الثروة الحيوانية والداجنة، أنه تم تعميم التقدم للحصول على تراخيص تشغيل مميكنة لأنشطة ومشروعات الثروة الحيوانية والداجنة والعلفية من خلال المنصات الرقمية، والتي تشمل الصفحة الرسمية للوزارة، منصة مصر الرقمية، فضلا عن تطبيقات التليفون المحمول، الخاضة بالخدمات الحكومية، وذلك تيسيراً وتبسيطاً لإجراءات تقديم الطلبات وإستخراج التراخيص والخدمات التي يقدمها القطاع إلكترونياً فى سهولة ويسر وفى أسرع وقت.
وقال إن القطاع استقبل حوالي 75 شكوى على البوابة الالكترونية لمنظومة الشكاوى الحكومية الموحدة وتم التعامل معها ودراستها فور ورودها والعمل على حلها وتذليلها فى أسرع وقت طبقاً للضوابط النظامية، مشيرا إلى تكثيف المتابعات الميدانية على مزارع الثروة الداجنة بالتنسيق مع الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية ومعهد بحوث الصحة الحيوانية ومديريات الزراعة والطب البيطري على مستوى محافظات الجمهورية ومتابعة الحالة الصحية للقطعان وذلك بتنفيذ سلسلة من الفحوصات والمسحات الميدانية على مزارع الدواجن في مختلف مراكز ومحافظات الجمهورية.
وبين سليمان، أن هناك طفرة شهدها عام 2025 في الانتاج، حيث بلغ الانتاج المحلى من اللحوم الحمراء حوالي 600 ألف طن مقارنة بعام 2024 والذى كان 555 ألف طن بزياده قدرها 8%، وكذلك تزايد الانتاج المحلى من الألبان الطازجه إلى 7 مليون طن بزياده قدرها 8% عن ما تم إنتاجه خلال عام 2024، وبالنسبه للدواجن فقد تزايد الناتج المحلى خلال عام 2025 من دجاج التسمين إلى نحو 1,6 مليار طائر مقابل 1,4 مليار طائر فى عام 2024، كما تم إنتاج 16 مليار بيضه محلياً، في حين بلغ 14 مليار بيضه خلال عام 2024، وذلك بالإضافة إلى زيادة الإنتاج المحلى من الدجاج البلدي، والذي بلغ 360 مليون طائر خلال عام 2025 وبزياده قدرها 12,5% عن عام 2024 والذى سجل 320 مليون طائر.
