أكد المهندس كريم بدوي، وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية، خلال أعمال الجمعية العامة للشركة المصرية لتشغيل وصيانة المشروعات «إيبروم»، على الدور الحيوي والمتخصص الذي تقوم به الشركة في إدارة وتشغيل مشروعات تكرير البترول وإنتاج البتروكيماويات والبنية التحتية، بكفاءة عالية ووفق أحدث التكنولوجيات.
وأشار إلى أن ما تمتلكه «إيبروم» من كوادر بشرية مؤهلة وقادرة على مواكبة التحول الرقمي والتكنولوجيا الحديثة يمثل ميزة تنافسية حقيقية، تدعم استدامة النمو والتوسع.
وأوضح أن مستقبل الشركة يرتكز على الاستثمار في العنصر البشري، موجّهًا بإعداد وتنفيذ خطة متكاملة للبرامج التدريبية في مختلف التخصصات الفنية والإدارية، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الكوادر وتأهيلها لدعم خطط التوسع داخل وخارج مصر.
وفي هذا الإطار، وجّه الوزير بوضع جدول زمني محدد لخطة تدريبية شاملة تُدمج ضمن خطة العمل الأساسية للشركة، بما يضمن جاهزية مستمرة لمواكبة فرص النمو. كما أكد أهمية تكوين فرق عمل مؤهلة قادرة على تنفيذ برامج تدريبية متخصصة، تشمل مجالات تخطيط الصيانة وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي وغيرها من المجالات الحديثة.
ومن جانبه، استعرض المهندس حسام أسعد حسنين، رئيس الشركة، أبرز نتائج أعمال عام 2025، والتي أظهرت تحقيق أداء مالي وتشغيلي متميز، حيث سجلت الشركة أعلى صافي ربح في تاريخها بنحو 1.586 مليار جنيه، مقارنة بـ1.096 مليار جنيه في العام السابق، بمعدل نمو بلغ 44%.
كما واصلت «إيبروم» التزامها بتطبيق أعلى معايير السلامة، محققة أكثر من 70.1 مليون ساعة عمل آمنة دون إصابات.
وعلى صعيد الأداء التشغيلي، واصلت الشركة تحقيق معدلات متميزة في مشروعاتها، خاصة توسعات معمل تكرير «ميدور»، حيث تم تكرير 49.2 مليون برميل من الزيت الخام والمتكثفات، وتنفيذ أكثر من 101 ألف أمر صيانة، بما ساهم في الوصول إلى الطاقة التصميمية وتحسين جودة المنتجات وفق مواصفات «يورو 5».
كما نجحت في تحقيق طاقة تشغيلية تفوق التصميمية بالمشروع المصري للتكرير، إلى جانب تنفيذ عمرة شاملة في زمن قياسي بلغ 34 يومًا، بما ساهم في رفع كفاءة التشغيل وترشيد استهلاك الطاقة، خاصة من خلال تقليل فاقد الهيدروجين وخفض استهلاك الغاز الطبيعي.
وفي مجال الإنتاج، التزمت الشركة بتحقيق الطاقة الإنتاجية بحقول مليحة، مع زيادة إنتاج المتكثفات بنسبة 35% مقارنة بالعام السابق.
أما في قطاع البتروكيماويات، فقد ارتفع إنتاج مصنع «استيرنكس»، كما تجاوز إنتاج شركة «إيلاب» 141 ألف طن سنويًا، متخطياً الطاقة التصميمية البالغة 100 ألف طن.
كما نجحت «إيبروم» في تنفيذ أول عملية في مصر لتحميل وتنشيط مفاعل تنقية الهيدروجين بشركة أسيوط لتكرير البترول، إلى جانب تقديم دعم فني متكامل لمشروع مجمع «أنوبك» لإنتاج السولار بأسيوط، وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لأبناء الصعيد.
وفي مجال الدعم الفني، قدمت الشركة خدماتها لعدد من الكيانات، من بينها «أموك»، ومحطة ضواغط دهشور لدعم الشبكة القومية للغاز، بالإضافة إلى دعم المرحلة الأولى من مجمع البحر الأحمر للبتروكيماويات.
وفي إطار التحول الرقمي، نفذت «إيبروم» مشروعات SCADA وLDS للشبكة القومية لنقل البترول، وأنشأت مراكز تحكم رئيسية وإقليمية، مما ساهم في رفع كفاءة المراقبة وتقليل زمن الاستجابة للطوارئ، إلى جانب تطوير الأنظمة الرقمية بشركات «بتروجاس» و«السويس لتصنيع البترول».
كما توسعت الشركة في مشروعات سلامة العمليات بعد نجاح تطبيقها بشركة السويس لتصنيع البترول.
وعلى الصعيد الخارجي، عززت «إيبروم» تواجدها الدولي خلال عام 2025، حيث نفذت أعمال تشغيل وصيانة المرحلة الأولى من مصفاة «بورت هاركورت» في نيجيريا، وقدمت دعمًا فنيًا لمصفاة «ووري»، كما بدأت نشاطها في العراق عبر اتفاقيات للدعم الفني والعمالة المتخصصة، مع استهداف فرص جديدة في الإمارات والأردن ونيجيريا وعدد من الدول العربية والأفريقية وأذربيجان.
وفي مجال الطاقة والتحول الرقمي، أطلقت الشركة منصة «EPROM Smart Engine» لتعزيز كفاءة المعدات وأعمال الصيانة، وكشف التسريبات وحساب البصمة الكربونية، إلى جانب تنفيذ مشروعات لترشيد الطاقة واستعادة الطاقة المهدرة، ودراسة إنتاج وقود الطيران المستدام.
كما واصلت الشركة اهتمامها بتنمية الكوادر البشرية، بتنفيذ أكثر من 104 آلاف ساعة تدريبية، وإطلاق أول برنامج متكامل لإدارة وتحديد الجدارات الوظيفية.
واستقرار ا لالتزامها بالجودة، نجحت «إيبروم» في تجديد شهادات نظم الإدارة في مجالات الجودة والطاقة والبيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية، كما تتبنى استراتيجية طموحة للخمس سنوات المقبلة تستهدف التوسع في الأسواق الخارجية، وتقديم خدمات متخصصة في مجالات الطاقة المتجددة والوقود الحيوي والأسمدة، مع تبني حلول تكنولوجية مبتكرة
