مشروع سكن مصر، أعلن المهندس شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، عن تسليم دفعة جديدة من وحدات مشروع سكن مصر بمنطقة أرض المعارض – المنطقة الثانية بمدينة القاهرة الجديدة، من يوم الثلاثاء المقبل 5/8/2025، وحتى يوم الثلاثاء 26/8/2025، وفقاً للمواعيد المقررة من جهاز مدينة القاهرة الجديدة.
وشدد وزير الإسكان على ضرورة التيسير على الحاجزين في عملية تسليم الوحدات، وتلافي أي ملاحظات، وكذا التنظيم الجيد لعملية التسليم.
وأوضح المهندس عبدالرءوف الغيطي، رئيس جهاز تنمية مدينة القاهرة الجديدة، أنه سيتم تسليم دفعة جديدة من مشروع سكن مصر (منطقة أرض المعارض – المنطقة الثانية) مسلسل رقم (6 – 7) المرحلة الأولى ومسلسل رقم (3) لجميع المراحل التالية للمرحلة الأولى، حيث سيتم تسليم وحدات العمارة 43، يوم الثلاثاء 5/8/2025، ووحدات العمارة 61، يوم الخميس 7/8/2025.
وأشار رئيس جهاز مدينة القاهرة إلى أنه سيتم تسليم وحدات العمارة رقم 63، يوم الأحد 10/8/2025، ووحدات العمارة 57، يوم الثلاثاء 12/8/2025، ووحدات العمارة 56، يوم الخميس 14/8/2025، ووحدات العمارة 55، يوم الأحد 17/8/2025، ووحدات العمارة 84، يوم الثلاثاء 19/8/2025، ووحدات العمارة 85، يوم الخميس 21/8/2025.
ونوه رئيس جهاز مدينة القاهرة الجديدة، عن أنه سيتم تسليم وحدات العمارة رقم 86، يوم الأحد 24/8/2025، ووحدات العمارة 87، يوم الإثنين 25/8/2025، ووحدات العمارة 88، يوم الثلاثاء 26/8/2025.
وأضاف ” الغيطي ” أنه على العملاء الفائزين بوحدات سكنية، التوجه لبنك التعمير والإسكان فرع مدينة نصر ( 2 شارع عباس العقاد)، وذلك لإنهـاء إجـراءات التعاقد بالبنك، ثم التوجـــه لجهاز المدينة خلف محطة مياه التسعين الجنوبي بأصل خطـــاب البنك، وصورة من الشيكات الموقع عليها، وذلك لتسجيل البيانات على الشبكة، واستلام خطاب للموقع لمعاينة واستلام الوحدة.
