بمناسبة عيد الفطر المبارك تعلن الهيئة القومية لسكك حديد مصر عن بدء حجز تذاكر قطارات عطلة عيد الفطر اعتبارًا من اليوم ، وذلك في إطار منظومة الحجز المسبق بجميع القطارات العاملة على مختلف خطوط الشبكة، بما يساهم في تيسير حركة السفر للمواطنين خلال هذه المناسبة .
وقد وجّه المهندس محمد عامر رئيس الهيئة بضرورة تواجد كافة القيادات لمتابعة انتظام حركة التشغيل ميدانيًا والإشراف المباشر على غرفة العمليات لمتابعة حركة القطارات على مستوى الشبكة بالكامل ، مشددا على أهمية إجراء أعمال الصيانة اللازمة للقطارات والمتابعة المستمرة لحالتها الفنية، مع التأكيد على جاهزية القطارات قبل التشغيل والاهتمام بمستوى النظافة داخل العربات بما يضمن تقديم خدمة متميزة وآمنة .
حيث تقرر فتح حجز تذاكر السفر علي قطارات الهيئة خلال عيد الفطر المبارك وفق الجدول الزمني المحدد كالآتى :
- حجز تذاكر السفر علي قطارات يوم الأحد الموافق 15 مارس اعتبارًا من الأول من مارس 2026.
- حجز تذاكر السفر ليوم الإثنين الموافق 16 مارس اعتبارًا من 2 مارس 2026.
- حجز تذاكر السفر ليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 17 مارس اعتبارًا من 3 مارس 2026.
- حجز تذاكر السفر ليوم الأربعاء الموافق 18 مارس اعتبارًا من 4 مارس 2026.
- حجز تذاكر السفر ليوم الخميس الموافق 19 مارس اعتبارًا من 5 مارس 2026.
- حجز تذاكر السفر ليوم الجمعة الموافق 20 مارس اعتبارًا من 6 مارس 2026.
علماً بأنه يتم الحجز فى حدود أربعة تذاكر فقط من شبابيك الحجز بموجب الرقم القومي لكل راكب ، في إطار تنظيم عملية البيع وضمان إتاحة الفرصة لأكبر عدد من الركاب.
وتوفر الهيئة العديد من الوسائل لحجز التذاكر وهى : - شبابيك التذاكر المنتشرة بمحطات الهيئة المختلفة.
- الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بالهيئة.
- تطبيق الهاتف المحمول Egyptian National Railways ويتم الحصول عليه من على متاجر التطبيقات الالكترونية Play store & App store.
- وكلاء البيع من شركات التحصيل الإلكتروني المتعاقدة مع الهيئة .
- الاتصال على الخدمة الصوتية على الرقم 1661 من الهاتف المحمول أو رقم 09000661 من أي تليفون أرضي .
- مكاتب المدينة المنتشرة خارج المحطات بعدد 34 مكتبًا على مستوى الجمهورية.
- ماكينات الحجز الذاتي TVM الموجودة ببعض المحطات الرئيسية .
وتؤكد الهيئة أنها لا تدخر جهدًا في سبيل راحة جمهور الركاب وتقديم أفضل مستوى من الخدمة …. وكل عام وأنتم بخير.
