اعتمد اللواء دكتور عبد الفتاح سراج محافظ سوهاج، اليوم، قرار منح العلاوة التشجيعية لعدد 633 موظف من العاملين بالديوان العام والوحدات المحلية للمراكز والأحياء التابعة، من مختلف التخصصات، بنسبة 5 % من الأجر الوظيفي عن العام المالي 2024 / 2025، اعتبارا من 16 يونيو الجاري، ووفقاً للمادة 38 من قانون الخدمة المدنية رقم 81 لسنة 2016، جاء ذلك بحضور حاتم عبد العزيز مدير عام إدارة الموارد البشرية بديوان عام المحافظة.
وهنأ ” سراج ” كل من شملهم القرار، مؤكدا التزام المحافظة بتطبيق جميع القواعد الوظيفية والاشتراطات القانونية تحقيقا لمبدأ تكافؤ الفرص وتنفيذا للقانون، مشيرا إلى حرص المحافظة الدائم على تحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي لجميع العاملين وتحقيق العدالة بينهم، ودعم خطة الإصلاح الإداري وتطوير منظومة العمل بما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية بكافة القطاعات، والنهوض بالدولة وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.
الجدير بالذكر أن منح العلاوة التشجيعية يخضع لضوابط وشروط حددتها المادة 38 من قانون الخدمة المدنية وهى ” أن تكون كفاية الموظف قد حُددت بمرتبة كفء على الأقل عن العامين الأخيرين، وألا يمنح الموظف هذه العلاوة أكثر من مرة كل ثلاثة أعوام، وألا يزيد عدد الموظفين الذين يُمنحون هذه العلاوة في سنة واحدة على 10% من عدد الموظفين في وظائف كل مستوى من كل مجموعة نوعية على حدة، فإذا كان عدد الموظفين في تلك الوظائف أقل من عشرة تُمنح العلاوة لواحد منهم .
