تقدم اللواء دكتور إسماعيل كمال محافظ أسوان بخالص التهانى للسيد المستشار هشام بدوى عقب إنتخابه رئيساً لمجلس النواب فى إفتتاح أعمال دور الإنعقاد العادى الأول للفصل التشريعى الثالث للمجلس ، كما هنأ المحافظ الدكتور عاصم الجزار ، والدكتور محمد الوحش لإختيارهما وكيلين للمجلس ، متوجهاً لهم بأصدق التمنيات بالتوفيق والسداد ، وتقديم إسهام بارز فى دور ومكانة هذه المؤسسة الوطنية العريقة إستناداً إلى خبراتهم ومسيرتهم المضيئة ، وفى نفس السياق قدم الدكتور إسماعيل كمال التهنئة لنواب المحافظة الفائزين بعضوية مجلس النواب ، متمنيًا لهم التوفيق والسداد في أداء مهامهم التشريعية والرقابية ، والقيام بدورهم الوطني في دعم جهود الدولة لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة فى ظل القيادة الحكيمة لفخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية ، وهو الذى يتوازى بالتعاون البناء والمثمر مع أعضاء مجلسى النواب والشيوخ من أجل إستكمال مسيرة العمل والبناء للمحافظة ، وأكد محافظ أسوان على أن المرحلة المقبلة تتطلب تكاتف جميع الجهود والعمل بروح الفريق الواحد ، مشيرًا إلى أن أبناء المحافظة يتمتعون بوعي وطني كبير، وأن الجميع شركاء في بناء الوطن ورفعته ، داعيًا الله أن يحفظ مصر قيادةً وشعبًا، وأن يديم عليها نعمة الأمن والاستقرار والتنمية ، فيما أشاد المحافظ بالجهود التي بذلها نواب المحافظة السابقون خلال فترة عملهم البرلمانية، مثمنًا ما قدموه من عطاء وجهد مخلص لخدمة مواطنى أسوان ، ومتمنيًا لهم دوام النجاح والتوفيق في مسيرتهم القادمة .
