*دويدار .. يعلنها صريحة لا تهاون مع من يعبث بصحة المواطنين
بتوجيهات الأستاذ الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة والسكان، ومعالي اللواء الدكتور عبدالفتاح سراج محافظ سوهاج، و السيد الدكتور عمرو دويدار وكيل وزارة الصحة بسوهاج، واصلت مديرية الصحة بمحافظة سوهاج جهودها المكثفة للتصدي لمنتحلي الصفة ومخالفات المنشآت الطبية الخاصة.
وفي واقعة جديدة، أعلن السيد الدكتور عمرو دويدار وكيل وزارة الصحة بسوهاج عن نجاح فرق التفتيش بإدارة العلاج الحر بمديرية الصحة بإشراف الدكتور مصطفى رفعت مدير إدارة العلاج الحر ، بالتعاون مع إدارة ساقلتة والجهات المعنية، في ضبط طالبة تدعي أ م س تبلغ من العمر 23 عامًا، مقيمة بإحدى قرى مركز سوهاج، لقيامها بانتحال صفة طبيبة جلدية، واستخدام اسم مزيف مثبت على لافتات، وإدارة مركز تجميل غير مرخص بمركز ساقلتة شرق محافظة سوهاج.
وأوضح السيد وكيل الوزارة أن المتهمة كانت تمارس مهنة الطب دون الحصول على أي مؤهل طبي معتمد، و تستخدم أسم وهمي في اللافتات في محاولة لتضليل فرق التفتيش، إلا أن يقظة وخبرة الفرق التابعة لصحة سوهاج أسفرت عن ضبطها، لما تمثله هذه الممارسات غير القانونية من خطر جسيم على صحة وسلامة المواطنين.
وأكد الدكتور عمرو دويدار أنه تم ضبطها و غلق و تشميع المركز الوهمي و اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال الواقعة، وفقًا لأحكام القانون رقم 415 لسنة 1945 بشأن مزاولة مهنة الطب، والقانون رقم 153 لسنة 2004 الخاص بتنظيم عمل المنشآت الطبية الخاصة، بالإضافة إلى القانون رقم 13 لسنة 2025 بشأن تنظيم المسؤولية الطبية وسلامة المرضى.
وشدد ” دويدار ” على استمرار الحملات الرقابية المشددة على جميع المنشآت الصحية الخاصة، وعدم التهاون مع أي مخالفات تمس صحة المواطنين، مؤكدًا أن صحة المواطن السوهاجي خط أحمر
