عقد الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، اجتماعاً، مساء اليوم؛ بمقر الحكومة بالعاصمة الجديدة، لمتابعة موقف تعديلات قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء، وإتاحة المزيد من التيسيرات في هذا الصدد، وذلك بحضور المهندس محمود عصمت، وزير الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة، والدكتورة منال عوض، وزيرة التنمية المحلية والبيئة، والمهندسة/ راندة المنشاوي، وزيرة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، والمهندس/ أحمد عمران، نائب وزيرة الإسكان للمرافق، والمهندس/ مصطفى الشيمي، رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي، واللواء هشام فؤاد، بالإدارة العامة لشرطة الكهرباء.
وجدد رئيس الوزراء، في مستهل الاجتماع، التأكيد على حرص الحكومة على الانتهاء من ملف التصالح في مخالفات البناء، والتعامل مع أي تحديات، أو مشكلات طرأت خلال عمليات تطبيق خطوات وإجراءات التصالح، وفقاً لقانون التصالح رقم 187 لسنة 2023، ولائحته التنفيذية.
وأوضح رئيس الوزراء أنه جار حالياً استعراض ومناقشة مجموعة من التعديلات المقترحة على قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء، وذلك بما يسهم في حل وإزالة أي معوقات واجهت عمليات التطبيق على أرض الواقع، هذا إلى جانب إتاحة المزيد من التيسيرات، وذلك بما يُمكن المواطنين من استكمال ملفات التصالح التي تقدموا بها، مؤكداً أن هذه التعديلات تستهدف تحقيق المزيد من التوزان بين تطبيق القانون ومراعاة البعد الاجتماعي للمواطنين.
وفى ذات السياق، وجه الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي بسرعة الانتهاء من صياغة التعديلات المقترحة على قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء، وتقديمها للبرلمان، لإقرارها، وذلك بما يسهم في حل المشكلات والتحديات التي تواجه عمليات التطبيق، وبما يضمن الانتهاء من هذا الملف، مضيفاً: يجب أن تكون هناك تيسيرات ومحفزات لإتمام عمليات التصالح، بما يسهم في سرعة تحويل مستخدمي العدادات الكودية إلى عدادات عادية، وحل هذه المشكلة للمواطنين المخالفين.
