حيث استهل ” المحافظ ” جلسة المجلس بمناقشة موقف منظومة تحصيل رسوم النظافة من خلال قطاع الكهرباء، وذلك بعد توقيع عقد خدمات الإدارة المتكاملة للمخلفات فى إطار قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم ١١١٤ لسنة ٢٠٢٤
حيث ناقش آلية التنفيذ وفقًا لما تم الاتفاق عليه بالعقد ، كما شدد ” محافظ دمياط ” على استيداء حق الدولة و الدفع بمنظومة التحصيل ومراجعة التراخيص للأنشطة المختلفة ..
وبملف آخر .. تابع ” محافظ دمياط ” و” نائب المحافظ ” آخر المستجدات بملف التصالح فى مخالفات البناء، وطلبات التقنين
حيث تابعا موقف الملفات المقدمة وما تم تنفيذه من إجراءات للبت والمعاينة ، ونسب الإنجاز بهذين الملفين ، وبحثا كذلك المعوقات التى تواجه المنظومة، وآليات تخطيها
حيث أكد ” محافظ دمياط ” على اهتمام المحافظة بملف التصالح فى مخالفات البناء والمتابعة الدورية لكافة الإجراءات به ، وأعلن ” المحافظ ” أن المحافظة بصدد إطلاق دورات تدريبية لرفع قدرات العاملين بهذا الملف بما يؤهلهم للعمل بالمنظومة ..
وشدد ” المحافظ ” على التصدى الحاسم لمخالفات البناء وازالتها فى المهد ، وأكد على ضرورة تحقيق الانضباط الإدارى بالوحدات المحلية والمديريات ،مؤكدًا أن ذلك مهمة رئيس الوحدة ومدير المديرية .
وعلى خلفية جولته أمس بالمنشآت الرياضية والشبابية بمدينة رأس البر، ناقش ” المحافظ ” مع رؤساء قطاعات الكهرباء ومياه الشرب والصرف الصحى، ومديرية الشباب والرياضة موقف توصيل مرفقى الكهرباء والمياه إلى القرية الاوليمبية .
فيما وقد شهد المجلس استعراض نسب تنفيذ الأعمال بالخطة الاستثمارية للعام المالى الجارى، وأكد ” محافظ دمياط ” على البدء فى وضع الملامح الرئيسية لخطة العام المالى القادم ، وتحديدها وفقًا للأولويات، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية ..
وفى سياق آخر،، أكدت ” نائب محافظ دمياط ” على كافة الجهات بالمشاركة بالمبادرة الرئاسية ” بداية جديدة لبناء الإنسان ” و المبادرة الرئاسية ال١٠٠٠ يوم الذهبية، وذلك لتحقيق المستهدف تنفيذه من المبادرتين وضمان وصول الحزم الخدمية والتوعوية للفئات المستهدفة ، كما ناقش ” المحافظ ” خطة القوافل الطبية خلال ال١٠٠ يوم ضمن المبادرة الرئاسية ” بداية جديدة لبناء الإنسان “
وخلال المجلس ، أكد ” الدكتور أيمن الشهابى ” أن المجلس التنفيذى يحقق تكاتف الجهود من خلال التنسيق بين كافة الجهات بما يساهم فى تحقيق رؤية المحافظة نحو الإرتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.
كما كشف ” المحافظ ” عن خطة المحافظة لاطلاق مهرجان التسوق دمياط ٢٠٢٤ فى دورته الأولى والمقرر تنفيذه فى الفترة من ١ إلى ٩ نوفمبر ، والذى سيشمل أنشطة وفعاليات متعددة ضمن فعاليات المهرجان، لتسليط الضوء على المحافظة وتحقيق رواجًا تجاريًا واقتصادياً وبمختلف القطاعات بالمحافظة
وفى ختام جلسة المجلس ،، تمت الموافقة على المذكرات والتقارير الواردة بشأن تخصيص قطعة أرض تبرع أحد المواطنين لاقامة مدرسة للتعليم الأساسى بالبصارطة بمركز دمياط، وتخصيص قطعة أرض بقرية ميت الخولى بمركز الزرقا لاقامة مسجد.
