أعلنت وزارة الصحة والسكان، فحص 3 ملايين و251 ألف سيدة، ضمن مبادرة السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي لـ «العناية بصحة الأم والجنين» منذ انطلاقها وحتى اليوم، وذلك ضمن المبادرات الرئاسية للصحة العامة، تحت شعار «100 مليون صحة».
أشار الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة والسكان، إلى أن المبادرة تستهدف الكشف المبكر عن الإصابة بالأمراض المنتقلة من الأم للجنين، وتوفير العلاج والرعاية الصحية بالمجان، كما تستهدف الكشف المبكر عن الإصابة بفيروس «بي» وفيروس نقص المناعة البشري، ومرض الزهري للسيدات الحوامل.
ومن جانبه، قال الدكتور فوزي فتحي المدير التنفيذي للمبادرة، إن فرق المبادرة تقوم بمتابعة حالة الأم والمولود لمدة 42 يومًا، بعد انتهاء الحمل، لاكتشاف عوامل الخطورة على الأم أو المولود، واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة، إضافةً إلى صرف المغذيات الدقيقة اللازمة في فترة النفاس، مؤكدًا أن المبادرة تضمن سرية التحاليل، ودقة الاختبار باختيار كواشف بمعايير ذات جودة عالمية، كما تتضمن المشورة للوقاية من الأمراض، وتشترط الموافقة وإقبال السيدة على الخدمة.
وأكد أن المبادرة مستدامة، ضمن خدمات الوحدات الصحية ومراكز الأمومة والطفولة، في إطار تفعيل وتحسين جودة الخدمات الروتينية التي تقدمها رعاية الأمومة والطفولة، وتشمل إجراء فحص إكلينيكي لتقييم الحالة العامة للحامل والجنين واكتشاف عوامل الخطورة التي قد تصاحب الحمل، والتطعيم ضد التيتانوس، وقياس الطول، والوزن، وضغط الدم، وإجراء تحاليل متنوعة للكشف عن الإصابة بالأنيميا، وتحديد احتياج الأم للحصول على حقنة Anti-D بعد الولادة من عدمه، إضافةً إلى تحليل بول لتحديد معدل الزلال، والكشف عن أمراض الجهاز البولي، كما يتم صرف المغذيات الدقيقة اللازمة للأم أثناء الحمل.
وتؤكد وزارة الصحة والسكان، حرصها على إمداد المواطنين بالمعلومات، والرد على الاستفسارات الخاصة بمبادرات الصحة العامة من خلال الخط الساخن 15335، أو زيارة الموقع الإلكتروني :
