قررت محكمة مركز دمنهور الجزئية بمحافظة البحيرة، اليوم تجديد حبسه مديرية مكتب الشهر العقاري بمدينة دمنهور عاصمة المحافظة، وموظف آخر خمسة عشرة يوما على ذمة التحقيقات مع مراعاة التجدبد لهم في المواعيد القانونية، وذلك على خلفية قيامهم بتزوير عدد كبير من التوكيلات قاموا من خلالها ببيع قطع أراضى وفيلات وشقق مملوكة لأخرين بدمنهور والساحل الشمالي والتجمع الخامس، وذلك نظير تلقى بعض الأموال من هذة الأعمال.
حبس المتهمين أربعة أيام على ذمة التحقيقات
وكانت النيابة العامة بمركز دمنهور تحت إشراف المستشار محمد الحسيني المحامى العام لنيابات وسط دمنهور قد قررت فى وقت سابق حبس” رشا ز ” مديرة الشهر العقاري بدمنهور، و ” مصطفى ز ” عضو فنى بذات المكتب، وذلك على خلفية قيامهم بتزوير عدد من التوكيلات، تم من خلال هذة التوكيلات ببيع قطع أراضى وفيلات وشقق مملوكة لأخرين بمدينة دمنهور والساحل الشمالي والتجمع الخامس، وذلك نظير تلقى بعض الأموال من هذة الأعمال.
إلقاء القبض على مديرة الشهر العقاري بمدينة دمنهور
وكانت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن البحيرة قد ألقت القبض على مديرة الشهر العقاري بمدينة دمنهور وعضو فنى بذات المكتب على خلفية تلقى بلاغات من عدد من المواطنين تفيد بقيام المتهمين بتزوير توكيلات مزورة من أجل المساهمة فى الاستلام على بعض الممتلكات الخاصة بهم ، نظير تلقى الرشاوى والعملات، وتم تحرير المحاضر اللازمة وبالعرض على النيابة العامة قررت حبسهما أربعة أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، وقامت اليوم محكمة مركز دمنهور بتجديد الحبس لهم خمسة عشر يومآ على ذمة التحقيقات مع مراعاة التجدبد لهم في المواعيد القانونية.
