أعرب معالي محمد بن أحمد اليماحي رئيس البرلمان العربي؛ عن إدانة البرلمان العربي واستنكاره الشديدين للهجمات الإيرانية السافرة بالصواريخ والطائرات المسيرة التي استهدفت دولة الكويت ومملكة البحرين والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية؛ محذرا من التصعيد الخطير الذي تنتهجه إيران والذي يهدد أمن واستقرار المنطقة.
وأكد “اليماحي”؛ تضامن البرلمان العربي التام مع مملكة البحرين ودولة الكويت والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية؛ فيما تتخذه هذه الدول من إجراءات للحفاظ على امنها واستقرارها وسلامة أراضيها ومواطنيها؛ ومشددا على رفضه التام لأي اعتداءات تمس أمن وسيادة وسلامة أراضي كل الدول العربية.
ودعا رئيس البرلمان العربي؛ المجتمع الدولي للتحرك الفوري والجاد لمنع تكرار هذه الاعتداءات لما تشكله من تداعيات خطيرة على أمن واستقرار المنطقة وعلى الأمن الإقليمي والدولي؛ ومشددا على ضرورة الالتزام بمبادئ القانون الدولي وقواعد حسن الجوار واحترام سيادة الدول، وتغليب مسارات الحوار والدبلوماسية.
