نداء استغاثة عاجل، أعرب أهالي قرية “أولاد سلامة” التابعة لمركز المنشأة بمحافظة سوهاج، عن استيائهم الشديد من الانعزال التام الذي يعيشونه بسبب الانهيار الكامل لشبكات الاتصالات بالقرية، مؤكدين أن القرية سقطت من حسابات شركات المحمول “خارج نطاق الخدمة”.
عزلة تامة ومعاناة يومية
وأفاد الأهالي في بلاغ جماعي موجه إلى الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات، بأن القرية تعاني من عدم توافر الشبكة نهائياً، سواء فيما يخص إجراء المكالمات الهاتفية الضرورية أو خدمات بيانات الإنترنت (Data). هذا الانقطاع أدى إلى تعطيل مصالح المواطنين، وتوقف الطلاب عن متابعة دروسهم الإلكترونية، فضلاً عن صعوبة التواصل في الحالات الطارئة والحرجة.
مطالب الأهالي
ويناشدون سكان “أولاد سلامة” المسؤولين بشركة “اتصالات” والجهات المعنية بوزارة الاتصالات التدخل الفوري لإنهاء هذه المعاناة، وتتلخص مطالبهم في الآتي:
الدفع بفرق فنية لمعاينة ضعف التغطية وتغذية الشبكة داخل القرية بشكل عاجل.
إنشاء برج تقوية (أو برجين على الأقل) داخل نطاق القرية لضمان وصول الخدمة لكل المنازل.
تحسين جودة الإنترنت بما يتواكب مع خطة الدولة للتحول الرقمي، والتي تفتقدها القرية تماماً حالياً.
”نحن نعيش في عزلة عن العالم، لا نستطيع إجراء مكالمة طوارئ واحدة، والإنترنت أصبح رفاهية لا نراها.. نرجو من المسؤولين سماع صوتنا وتزويد القرية بالأبراج اللازمة.” – (من رسائل أهالي القرية).
ويستغسون أهالي قرية أولاد سلامة هذا البلاغ الي السيد المهندس وزير الاتصالات، ورئيس الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات، لسرعة اتخاذ اللازم ورفع المعاناة عن آلاف المواطنين بالقرية.
