انطلاقاً من توجيهات فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي بتعزيز ركائز الأمن القومي وتنشيط دوائر السياسة الخارجية، شهد عام ٢٠٢٥ تدشيناً لمرحلة جديدة في العلاقات المصرية الأوروبية، توجت بانعقاد القمة المصرية الأوروبية الأولى من نوعها في بروكسل خلال شهر أكتوبر، بمشاركة فخامة رئيس الجمهورية وقادة دول الاتحاد الأوروبي. وقد مثلت هذه القمة محطة فارقة في العلاقات لدعم الشراكة الاستراتيجية الشاملة، حيث عكست التقدير الأوروبي الكبير لمصر ودورها المحوري في الإقليم، حيث شهدت القمة التوقيع على حزمة موسعة من الاتفاقات في مجالات حيوية، من أبرزها انضمام مصر لبرنامج “هورايزون أوروبا”، بالتوازي مع انعقاد منتدى استثماري رفيع المستوى، مما رسخ من مكانة مصر كشريك استراتيجي للجانب الأوروبي.
وقد كثفت مصر خلال عام ٢٠٢٥ تحركاتها لتعزيز شبكة العلاقات مع الدوائر الأوروبية عبر استراتيجية متعددة المسارات، وهو ما انعكس في كثافة الزيارات المتبادلة التي عززت مستوى التنسيق المشترك، حيث بلغ اجمالي الزيارات رفيعة المستوى بين مصر والدول الأوروبية 42 زيارة شملت رؤساء دول وحكومات ووزراء خارجية، مما يعكس مركزية العلاقات المصرية الأوروبية. كما عقدت ١٣ جولة مشاورات سياسية مع دول أوروبية مختلفة، مما وفر منصة حيوية لتبادل الرؤى وعرض وجهة النظر المصرية في قضايا الأمن الإقليمي والدولي.
وقد شهد عام ٢٠٢٥ ترفيع العلاقات الثنائية مع عدد من الدول الأوروبية إلى مستوى الشراكة الاستراتيجية شملت فرنسا وإسبانيا واليونان، وتوقيع اتفاقات نوعية غطت مختلف المجالات ومن ضمنها ملف الهجرة. وكترجمة عملية لهذا التقارب مع الدول الاوروبية، عقدت خمس دورات للجان الاقتصادية المشتركة ومجالس الأعمال، مما انعكس إيجابياً على تطوير مجمل العلاقات التجارية والاستثمارية والاقتصادية.
وفي الاطار الأورومتوسطي واستكمالاً لدور مصر الريادي في محيطها الإقليمي، انخرطت مصر بفاعلية في عملية صياغة ميثاق المتوسط منذ مراحله التشاورية الأولى، وصولا إلى إطلاقه رسميا خلال اجتماع وزراء دول عملية برشلونة في نوفمبر الماضي. ويجري حاليا إعداد الإسهام المصري في خطة العمل المنبثقة عن الميثاق لضمان ترجمة مستهدفاته إلى مخرجات تتسق مع أولويات المصلحة الوطنية.
وتأسيساً على ما تقدم، عكس عام ٢٠٢٥ نجاح الدولة المصرية في إعادة هندسة علاقاتها الأوروبية لتنتقل من مرحلة التعاون إلى شراكة استراتيجية شاملة حقيقية قائمة على المصالح المشتركة والاحترام المتبادل، وتعظيم العائد السياسي والاقتصادي والتنموي لمصر من مختلف الأطر الثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف. وتؤكد هذه المؤشرات التزام الدولة المصرية بمواصلة البناء على تلك المكتسبات، لتعظيم العوائد السياسية والاقتصادية، بما يخدم أولويات التنمية الوطنية ويرسخ الدور المصري كشريك موثوق وفاعل على الساحتين الأوروبية والمتوسطية.
