جاءت شركتا الصناعات الكيماوية المصرية (كيما) في أسوان، ومصر للألومنيوم (إيجبتالوم) بنجع حمادي، ضمن قائمة مجلة فوربس الشرق الأوسط السنوية لأقوى 50 شركة في السوق المصري لعام 2025.
وتعد الشركتان من الكيانات الرائدة التابعة لوزارة قطاع الأعمال العام، من خلال تبعيتهما المباشرة لكل من الشركة القابضة للصناعات الكيماوية والقابضة للصناعات المعدنية، ما يعكس نجاح جهود إعادة الهيكلة وتطوير الشركات التابعة، ومساهمتهما في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني وتعزيز مسار التنمية الصناعية في مصر.
احتلت شركة مصر للألومنيوم، التي تعد من كبرى شركات الألومنيوم في شمال أفريقيا وتأسست 1969، المرتبة 14 في القائمة، وحققت صافي ربح 9,8 مليار جنيه خلال 9 أشهر الأولى من العام المالي 2024-2025 بمعدل نمو 89%. وفي مارس الماضي، وقعت الشركة اتفاقية شراء طاقة طويلة الأجل لمدة 25 عامًا مع شركة “سكاتك” النرويجية لإنشاء محطة طاقة شمسية بقدرة 1 جيجاوات باستثمارات تبلغ 750 مليون دولار، ضمن خطة لخفض التكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتعزيز استدامته البيئية. ولدى “إيجبتالوم” العديد من المشروعات التطويرية والاستثمارية منها إعادة تأهيل المصهر القائم وزيادة الطاقات الإنتاجية وإدخال منتجات جديدة مثل الفويل والجنوط.
وجاءت ” كيما”، التي تأسست عام 1956 وتعد أحد الصروح الصناعية الكبرى في مجال إنتاج الأسمدة والكيماويات، بالمرتبة 34 في القائمة. وحققت الشركة صافي ربح بلغ 811,6 مليون جنيه خلال 9 أشهر الأولى من العام المالي 2024-2025 بمعدل نمو 693,5 % مقارنة بالفترة المماثلة من العام المالي السابق. وبدأت “كيما” في أغسطس الماضي في مشروع إقامة مصنعي حامض النيتريك ونترات الأمونيوم بطاقة 600 طن/يوم و800 طن/يوم على التوالي، كما نجحت الشركة مؤخرا في إعادة تأهيل فرن الفيروسيليكون للعمل بعد توقف أكثر من 5 سنوات ووقعت عقدا مع شركة الشرق للاستثمار لتشغيل وإدارة الفرن لإنتاج سبائك السيليكون منجنيز بطاقة 18 ألف طن سنويًا.
يعكس إدراج الشركتين في قائمة فوربس نجاح الجهود التي تبذلها وزارة قطاع الأعمال العام في دعم وتطوير الشركات التابعة، وجهود جذب الاستثمارات، وتعزيز الحوكمة والشفافية، بما يتماشى مع خطط الدولة لتوطين الصناعة وتعميق المكون المحلي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وتؤكد الوزارة استمرارها في تنفيذ استراتيجية شاملة لتأهيل الشركات التابعة لتكون نماذج ناجحة في مختلف القطاعات، تسهم بفاعلية في الاقتصاد القومي، وتنافس بقوة في الأسواق الإقليمية والدولية.
